The Korean Title in the beginning says Fusion & Belly Dancing, so this isn't supposed to be traditional belly dancing. It's just a modified Korean pop song choreography, and at the end it's belly dancing with cartwheels.

Well No matter how "hot" she may be, this is not "technically" belly dance until 1:42... They are just stating that it isn't traditional at the begining. Very fine line between that and belly dance, but I guess at the start, for cheerleading or whatever is good. Even when she starts to belly dance, it is good...

Even if it was fusion she still didn't do as best as she could. She should watch her arm movements a lot more. Belly dancing isn't only about being able to move the center with control it's also about the way your arms move and the beautiful motions you create. She relied too much on the belly dancing of today. Not only that but even though the second half was good, she did not follow the beat. Being able to stay with the music is the best part not just shaking your hips.

I'm adrummer and in the second half , believe me, she stayed with the beat...it's just that she had more going on with her movements but you didn't notice it...more complex than just 4/4 bottom beat she was moving with. Further, her arm movements were beautiful but not overdone. Perfect! She does better here than 50 adult aged belley dancers I've seen. She has natural rythym and great body sway with fluidness.

You can see a wonderful combination of styles here..Turkish Belly Dance..and Turkish rythym pieces in the music...Hula...Indian arm sway and head shift..and then a more contemporary blend of club dance or hip hop movement..wonderful performance.

It's not pure belly dancing (fusion with hip hop?) in the begginng but there ARE belly dancing moves...undulations, hip bumps, hip drops...the second half is a pretty good show of belly dancing though. A wee bit too sultry for my taste, but it's good.
