Word of advice, like ronineditor said make your motions and movements more fluent. load all your power on your back leg an shift your momentum an power forward with your bat swing. my highschool baseball coach taught me that my freshman year. you will hit the ball allot farther bud

Just my two cents for what it's worth, I'm no YouTube 'expert' like some people... but just seems like you're plant and your swing are two different movements vs. being synced (the step happens, pause, then the swing). Looks like you start off leaning forward too much, instead of loading on you back leg and driving. I think your 'bat speed' is fine, you're getting good pop on the hits as it is but if you can get the stride together, you'll have a TON more power.
