The internet is largely libertarian territory. I know you might say the numbers prove that wrong because of Obama's support, but Obama is also backed a great deal by the young(and main stream media) because he panders about change in his conventions and on tv.
Debates SHOULD make or break an election. But honestly, most voters don't really look at the issues. I *make* my decisions based on these debates, and I have never voted Bush (because he has NEVER won a debate). I say, let Nader play. It was actually a single vote, by a woman, who caused Lincoln to win the election. Her husband was sick. She could not vote. So she put her sick husband on a mule, took him to the poll, & actually had to mark his ballot for him. She vote. Lincoln won by one vote.
The solution to this foreclosure mess, is for the Gov. to allow people to stay in their homes during the crisis & make a minimum payment for 5 years. That is what the B of A did during the last depression. Yes, they allowed people to stay. People signed contracts to stay, & resume full payments in 5 years. B of A saved millions of home owners & saved a ton of money & prevents lots of pain. Nader is the only candidate who supports this idea to deal with the crisis.

The people and media were outraged, so they pressured the organizers and the main parties, and got her in the debates. The Broadcast consortium has reversed their decision and allowed Elizabeth May to take part in the nationally televised leaders debates . The internet is largely libertarian territory. I know you might say the numbers prove that wrong because of Obama's support, but Obama is also backed a great deal by the young(and main stream media) because he panders about change in his conventions and on tv.

Debates SHOULD make or break an election. But honestly, most voters don't really look at the issues. I *make* my decisions based on these debates, and I have never voted Bush (because he has NEVER won a debate). I say, let Nader play. If nothing else, he would really put the parties on the spot with where they "stand" for their parties.

Thanks for the support curien1000. I think someone feels its bad strategy to point out how few votes Nader has and what large numbers Obama and Grandpa are getting. But I don't think it's helpful to deny reality. When Google makes it's decision about letting Nader into the debates they will naturally look at Nader's YouTube channel.I guarrantee they will compare the subscriber numbers. I want Nader in all the debates that's why I'm taking the time to do the Report. Help me get subscribers.

Look out for Ron Paul's announcement tomorrow. There's rumour he'll be joined by all 4 3rd party/ independent national cadidates: Nader, Barr, McKinney & Baldwin to endorsethem all.
Just a rumour, but I really hope it's true which is really building the third party coalition. Collectively it is possible for all 4 to get more votes than the 2 corporate war parties, even if they don't get into the debates. People just need to know they're on the ballot.

Any chance the Nader, McKinney and Barr campaigns would be able to afford a joint national campaign ad calling to open up the debates this September to reach millions and millions of people and also advertise their respective youtube channels and websites.
I know it's expensive, but it would be worth it if just for a few minutes the whole nation could be introduced to these candidates, and know they're excluded from the debates.

It was actually a single vote, by a woman, who caused Lincoln to win the election. Her husband was sick. She could not vote. So she put her sick husband on a mule, took him to the poll, & actually had to mark his ballot for him. She vote. Lincoln won by one vote.

The solution to this foreclosure mess, is for the Gov. to allow people to stay in their homes during the crisis & make a minimum payment for 5 years. That is what the B of A did during the last depression. Yes, they allowed people to stay. People signed contracts to stay, & resume full payments in 5 years. B of A saved millions of home owners & saved a ton of money & prevents lots of pain. Nader is the only candidate who supports this idea to deal with the crisis.

The reason why I responded was because I know. Check what Nader has said himself, when they interview him he always says this time is his third serious attempt, therefore 1996 doesn't really count as trying does it? Also, even if we granted you your faulty argument, 12 years is still not decades. Also also, this IS about the debates. :)
