Yes, he does appear in the episode as an Elvis impersonator. He does not have a speaking part and you can hardly see him, because at this time he was still an unknown, so you can't really call it a "guest appearance" as much as "getting a check." I saw the episode the other day and was amazed.

kind of like noticing nicholas cage when you watched "fast times at richmond high" as the pizza guy. He was an unkown actor when you first time you watched it in the 80s, but when you fast forward two decades later, you watch the movie again, and notice "holy shit, that's nicholes cage."

@hellofaname Nic Cage isn't the pizza guy. He's one of the four guys that work at the Burger place, All American Burger. The pizza guy is actually Taylor Negron. Good eye noticing him in the movie though :)
