The Mission Tiki Drive In, with it's hawaiian theme, reminds me of some of those old movie palaces, and this documentation makes me wish I lived closer to Monclair. a long drive from Michigan. My home town boasted 5 drive ins. They are all gone now, empty lots and office buildings. With the movie companies switching to digital, I wonder what the future holds for this beautiful theater that would be the crown jewel of any community.
I live down the street and I love this place specially the swapmeet. and Now that they fixed the sidewalks I can just take a 5 min walk from my place and shop. or a I can drive 2 minutes and watch a movie. Nice Video on this Hope you can post more.
