A couple of people are mentioning that this film is a rip-off of Wes Anderson's work. The truth is that this film and Anderson's films are both influenced by the French New Wave movement. Just because someone uses a technique from a art movement does not mean they are trying to copy anyone else that is influenced by the work. Style can be utilized by anyone. That's like saying no one can ever use a fade in or fade out because someone else already used it in their film.
