For once, a humane officer that deserves the title? Pleasant surprise! And a simple operation, a tiny incision, and this cat would not have been pregnant. If veterinarians would make spaying/neutering as simple, easy and inexpensive as possible, that would help a lot also. But anyone who would toss an animal out a car window should NEVER have any animals, period...in fact those people should jump off those 200-ft drops themselves.
