I think it's wrong to call little girls sluts since I'm certain that all of them probably squeal if the heard the word "penis". They are absolutely innocent in this and they are amazing dancers. I do understand the whole it's just a costume thing. My sister had to wear something like that when we were in dance troupe (although my sister was like 13 or 14) However, them grabbing their little tatas and lifting their legs up showing their crotches, bending over and all that...Too much for me.

I also think that people are missing the fact that they are SEVEN years old. You say you would "teach her to separate the two" easier said than done, my friend. Especially with a seven year old girl. If you've ever had to care take over a young child, you would know they are like sponges. They absorb everything and they want to be like the provocative dancers and singers they see on TV and movies.

Well said and I completely agree with you. As a mother of two young girls under the age of 5 I WOULD let my girls perform on stage as these young girls have. They are truly talented. There would be a line between performing and regular attire and that is where our job as parents must teach them what is seen as art and playing the part compared to how to present yourself as a young lady....

...Dancing was pure talent and their strong dedication shows/ Customs I would make my girls wear a full flesh color body suit under/ makeup would be worn heavy to be seen again to play the part but I would be the first mom backstage cheering my heart out giving big hugs for a great job and praising them for giving the audience a great display of art in the form of dance but at the same time they walk off stage placing a robe on them and cleaning off the makeup.
