  • Hey Mike!! My left chest is bigger than my right and when I finish working out, it seems gigantic compared to my right... It's been like this for maybe over a year now? But I've been slowing down my reps and making sure I have proper form and whatnot and I'm doing your massive chest workout too! So I was just wondering if it's going to take long before my chests even out...Thanks for the help!!

  • @NPTeerarat It does take a while... just keep it up they will even out. I would say dumbbells are the way to go.

  • How could I even out my traps/shoulders? My right trap doesn't extend as far across my shoulder as my left. It's not hugely noticeable but when see my body after a work out it bugs me. Any tips?

  • @UrbanStylesOnline I am sorry to tell you all this but your abs will only get bigger and stronger. You can not change where the ridges are. There is nothing you can do to make them perfectly symmetrical. I wish there were a way to straighten them out too.

  • Just use dumbells for everything and stop your stronger side when your weaker side gives up, till you even out. Then you can progress after and slow things down so you keep both sides at the same strength

  • hey, i dont know why but i started training 2 years ago and i didnt used weights only did cardio and pushups and when i did pushups ,y left chest started to grow but my right one didnt and now both of the grow equally but my left one is bigger but haas the same strenght as the right one but what is weird is that when i work out i only feel pain in the left one( the bigger one) and never in the right one...

  • Also it effects your spine and leads to back pain. Also try single side dumbell press on a swiss ball, and don't do more with the strong arm, stop on the same number if reps as the week side. Thanks Mike!

  • It's simple, work unilaterally to failure and always start with your weaker side. The weaker side will determine how many reps you will do with the stronger side.
