@UrbanStylesOnline I am sorry to tell you all this but your abs will only get bigger and stronger. You can not change where the ridges are. There is nothing you can do to make them perfectly symmetrical. I wish there were a way to straighten them out too.

Just use dumbells for everything and stop your stronger side when your weaker side gives up, till you even out. Then you can progress after and slow things down so you keep both sides at the same strength

Hi! Have you considered the maximus muscle 247 workout (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy gained crazy amounts of muscle with it.
When i was on swim team, my pecs were visibly uneven, and so were my lats....i started bench pressing and doing pull ups and it seemed to fix the problem :)
Also it effects your spine and leads to back pain. Also try single side dumbell press on a swiss ball, and don't do more with the strong arm, stop on the same number if reps as the week side. Thanks Mike!

It's simple, work unilaterally to failure and always start with your weaker side. The weaker side will determine how many reps you will do with the stronger side.

Can you make yourself look however you want if you put enough effort into it? Or does like your body shape effect it.
I have quite broad shoulders, so would I have to like work around that fact? I don't really know a lot about stuff like that.

Mike! i got a question, my upper ab is pretty lopsided, the left one is smaller than the right, everything else is symmetrical but the upper abs (the lil triangle just below my chest), is there any exercises that focus upper left abs? because even if i control my repetitions for my exercises, it will still work on both left and right, help :(

you know what annoys me? you seem like a good trainer and your program looks like it works. but, what is making my shy away from signing up is that you lie about the "first 100 VIP" shit. come one man, your vids get over 100,00 views and your trying to tell me that you dont have 100 that signed up?
