You don't have to be half white to be light skined. Their are people in Africa with light skin and never been mixed with white people. Whites don't have a monoploy on light skin.

I don't know anything about this bar. But I am 100% sure that Buzz Thomas is not a mulatto. He has an African-American mother and an African-American father.
