I actually enjoyed that dude. I don;t normally give a tumbs up, but you deserve one. Nice tune. You strike me as a John Mayer/ Maroon 5 fan from their unplugged live recordings.
yeah, I liked the story a lot better when J.D. told it. My point is that all you did was tell random parts of the story. Consequently, not nearly as good as Salinger told it. That's fine I guess, but I was tired of all of these people talking about how great this song was, like it said something new.
hey is there any way that i can download this song cuz i need it for a school project (i have to find 10 songs that Holden can relate to) its basically a playlist for Holden
Sorry, this is the only recording I have of this song. Furthermore, I'm on the other side of the planet from my computer and am not able to record an audio only track. You might be able to get some software that will record the audio that your computer outputs, like when you play this video it will record all the sounds... but I don't really know. Sorry I can't be of more help.
The sound of the song captures the melancholy feel of wandering the city. I really like the last sentiment "the question still remains with Jane." That's a really goof part of the book. It makes me sad for Holden just thinking about it.
That was really good. It reminded me of the Barenaked Ladies a little

haha Yeah, like a movie is ever going to be made! You should read a little of the history of the movie rights of the Catcher in the Rye.
