It says that sulfate-free shampoos are gentler on your hair but don't actually cleanse dirt and oil from hair any more than rinsing with hot water and massaging your scalp. I have requested references from her. What do you think? I have curly hair and want to use sulfate-free

Great video, just a l few things, one imperticular, as far as your getting what your paying for, you should compare the ingredients with cheaper brands. Not all are good but some are. Specifically the suave professional line. I compared matrix and nexxus brands to it and it works SO much better. It's kinda ridiculous considering the price. I would reccomend suave humectant for you(: it helps put more moisture in your hair and makes it look healthy and shiny(:

this is why i love working at Marshall's. every week we get in all these super fancy shampoos and conditioners for a fraction of the cost I may pay at the salon. I got a liter bottle of Nexxus Humectress conditioner for 18 bucks! and I can probably find a couple of the products mentioned too!

I tried the Organix shampoo and conditioner in the mint one, and it was awful I have pretty soft healthy hair normally but that stuff made it feel so rough and knotty, idk maybe its just the mint one but it was the worst shampoo/conditioner I have ever used.

I love the oatmeal and honey catwalk conditioner, I had the shampoo also in two giant ass bottles, it lasted me forever and I loved it. I also love that hold me tight finishing spray, its great for when I actually use hair spray

great vid! i practice the curly girl method on my hair. so no sulfates and since i don't use sulfates i don't use silicones. sulfates dry your hair big time. which makes you buy ton of moisturizing products. sulfate is the only thing that will take silicone out of your hair so that is why i don't use cones.

i use joico shampoo with an iso conditioner and i use a matrix mousse, and a joico striaghtning spray and joico mousse, with w8less hair spray or express style curling gel, lol we use a lot of the same brands!

I'm so addicted to your vids! With that being said, I had no idea that it can be a bad thing when I use all that product in my hair and then flat iron it. Probably why its not full of body when I do.Bought all of that Chi stuff, not good. I was just fine with my L'oreal w/ the royal jelly. I also thought that just bc I'm black, Aphogee would work.
