For anyone asking, the song at 2:25 was "Hard Wired" from Dave Weckl's album "Hard Wired". I'm sure Jay Oliver and Dave Weckl are also inspired by Chick Corea. I can hear Chick in that tune too. Especially the synth work.

how do you use the synthesizer's sounds when using cubase ai4? Do you need an interface or can you just use a usb cable? I have an mm6 and cubase ai4, and cubase's sounds suck on the drum scale so yea help please
