Former members of Kara's Flowers went on to become Maroon Five. I first saw Kara's Flowers in 1997 when they opened up for Reel Big Fish and have loved Fourth World ever since. It is fun telling people that I essentially saw Maroon Five open up for a ska band. People don't believe me...

Kara's Flowers were awesome!, In 96' I saw them at my mom's old bar and they were nervous as hell, I could tell some didn't really get a long and they weren't really patient people however they had some good songs, they played this song but it was quite different then today, it was actually slower lol. They were awesome, I told them that at the time ( was like 12 or something lol) and they pretty much said "Thanks were working on it" lol.
