My dad's music when I was my dad's age in 1955. It was 1983 and I was 15. Funny how then we were even dressed like the 1940's and 50's--baggy pants, cuffs rolled up, leather jackets; crew cuts; sports coats. etc; and girls never showed any cleavage or much of their legs. They had big hair and lots of makeup. Life wasn't quite so complicated. No internet; no computers at home; 10 channels; no bike helmets; no terrorists . . . just rock and roll and cars.
