Decent stuff, but nothing awesome, breath-taking or epic.
The problem with the video package is that is focuses too much on the alleged changes TNA is making to "challenge and defeat the WWE", and the actual PPV comes across as a second thought or a background character.
If TNA wants to make this "war" into something more than kayfabe they need to improve their product. It´s not enough to make their show better, they need to make it GREAT every single week

I liked the part at the end where the rest of the quote faded away and the X got added to the end. That was actually kinda cool. One thing that TNA does too often with these intros is that they always have someone say something like "I am the future" and have the rest of the roster repeat it. I think in general TNA talks about themselves too much as being a work in progress and it doesn't really look good. What's weird is that I remember them doing this less in their Fox Sports Network days.
Too bad they didn't show this during Impact, I'm surprised anyone even knows there is a ppv.

think of him of a more psychotic version of Eugine or something along them lines, he's meant to have serious "mental health problems" (the character that is not the guy who plays abyss) personally, i quite like him, i like him more as a heel though, it makes a lot more sense that way.

The opening packages are GREATLY improving with TNA & the video packages too... it makes the story telling more epic.... now WHAT ABOUT THE CHEESY WEAK ASS ENTRANCE VIDEOS & CRAPPY THEME MUSIC????????
If you can improve all the other aspects of presentation, why do you ignore that enterance music & video??? Stop being lazy .... we already know that you could do it if you wanted to....

I think it is. If I get it right, iMPACT! is gonna be live one week, then taped for the next, then live the week after that and then taped and then it will continue like that, for now at least. Then maybe they will go live period after a while.

I'm not just blaming it on chairshots alone (but they are probably a contributing factor), but in general I'd attribute it to a long term accumulation of concussions.
Roid rage does not last for three days straight, leading up to the steroid user's suicide. There were things going on in his head beyond that.
I'm saying that anything to curtail needless harm coming to wrestlers is appreciated. I guess that makes me a minority?

I liked the part at the end where the rest of the quote faded away and the X got added to the end. That was actually kinda cool. One thing that TNA does too often with these intros is that they always have someone say something like "I am the future" and have the rest of the roster repeat it. I think in general TNA talks about themselves too much as being a work in progress and it doesn't really look good. What's weird is that I remember them doing this less in their Fox Sports Network days.

Firstly, whats with the flipping of footage of Hulk Hogan at the beginning horizontally? Its obvious to all watching that the bandana is giving this away. That just makes the video look lazy and tacky.
Secondly, why the Times New Roman font? Is TNA really spending stupid amounts of money on contracts, and cannot afford to pay small royalties to someone for a custom font, or even a stock font aside from TNR?
I liked the empty arena shots.
