I don't think Jason is an idiot. In interviews he comes across as a very nice guy. And friends who've met him confirm that he is. Only problem: he is a crap drummer, and has not improved in over ten years! (In interviews he also very often says "I don't know ...", "I'm not sure ...", etc. And that is, IMHO, exactly how he plays the drums. He doesn't know/isn't sure and is simply not in control.)

what you cant see in the video is that porl wasnt on stage during the beginning. he later joined in. didn't know that kiss started with only one guitar.

At least play the hi-hat half open... Or go for quarter notes on the crash. Also try to not constantly accent the 2 and 3 of the 16th notes on the hat. (Like you also do when ruining Pictures Of You.) Robert, Porl & Simon are so good right now - if only they had a proper drummer... Steve Hewitt to the rescue? He's got some spare time now...

If only the "drummer" was capable of playing THE KISS the way it's supposed to be played: 16th notes on the hi-hat played with one hand, not two hands, Jason Cooper! Two hands totally changes the feel & totally sucks! You suck, Cooper! More than 10 years - and you have not improved one iota. :-(
