This is a good video, but the title is misleading. I thought it would be a vid where you move the camera, or shoot rotating objects to test for CMOS "jello-cam" effects. You can easily do that - just shoot a vertical object like a pole or door-frame, pan back and forth quickly, and see if the object looks tilted.
The colour and sound is amazing. Could you please give a review on whether the camera is any good for the price. For some reason this camera is £600 more expensive in England than the US, i'm thinking about importing one from BK.
@jasonUKbristol Yeah also theirs a hong kong seller who sells them at 1509 pounds, although you may have to pay additional customs charges, deliverys free at least. Im just going to save and get mine for around 1709 Its not worth it for me putting all that money on the line.
@SignatureEdit Yes I think you are right. I've seen them on amazon for about £1850. The sony shops don't even have them registered yet. I went to the sony shop here in Bristol and he said it doesn't exist. That's not a great help. but they were selling the VG 10 for almost £2000 which means the VG 20 will be a lot more money when it comes out. Can i ask where you plan to get yours from?
@jasonUKbristol I was planning to get mine from pixmania.com, its £1,716 which is the cheapest I can find although and now I've looked into it more It seems that company is abroad. They seem reputable though at least, the hong kong seller called chinaarts on ebay sells at £1509, hes got good feedback and is a partner with ebay's power seller feature. But looking on ebay you can buy in the uk for £1,859.99 so I might go for that one or the amazon route but im not buying until a few months.
You are the only english speaking person so far who have uploaded videos about NEX VG20
Please upload some kind of a review, where you tell goods and bads about the camera, what you like and don't like (after have tried it for a week or so)
Because I'm very interested in buying this camera, but I've just heard so much critism about it.
Can you answer one of my questions: Can the camera remain focus on something, when zooming in and out? (or can it with "continious focus" turned on?)

Could you make a compare the cinematone mode and normal mode?Thanks

@shl041
You're asking for a parafocal zoom. No zoom lens that is $900 is a parafocal zoom. They make cinema lenses for that and they run about $40,000.
