Skoda made the electric part, and Iveco made the rest.

On the trolleybus apears Skoda logo and Iveco logo.

Or Iveco Irisbus Citelis, or Skoda Iveco Irisbus Citelis, or Iveco Skoda 24tr is the same thing.
