Yes and no. Bonnie Poe supplied the voice of the mummy here and did Betty's voice in a few early Betty Boop films. However Betty Boop was voiced by Mae Questel for most of her cartoons and is considered the true voice of Betty.
@laughland some sources say Margie Hines (another betty boop voice) provided the mummy's singing voice which seems to make sense because Hines provided 3 other character voices in Tom and Jerry shorts...

nly that she did some of olive oyls voices and some betty boops
most is classed as mae questel... even thou mae didnt do some of them cartoons
