I agree with that, as long as you are strict about being against it for sports. but how would you stop someone from using roids for 5 years, then going into the NFL after hes off them. the progress would still be there. if you make them legal, they would be easier to obtain for pro athletes too (even if their federation is tested) and collegiate and high school athletes might get on them which would cause all sorts of problems
