  • I am so sorry to hear of his passing! I have a 1972 Magazine cover framed with him on it.I was 17 then and just started lifting and he was my idol,so much so that I took it to the barber shop and told him "I want this hair style"! RIP Dennis!

  • I remember Dennis making a guest appearance at a Bodybuilding show to say a few words of inspiration to the audience , He said " even with all the hard work and effort you will never find within the four walls of any Gym, health club or fitness establishment than what you will find in the Lord Jesus Christ " !!

    I still remember how important that statement is today and how it had an impact on me .

  • Dennis had AMAZING abs! Watching the 1980 Mr. O recently, I was really impressed by his entire upper body but his abs were truly second to none!
