This is part of a fabulous film score Ennio composed for Tornatore - they're all great - this one about a virtuoso pianist who is born in 1900 and lives on a ship.

That Morricone's music was NOT nominated for the Oscar is A DISGRACE!

sounds like the piece that the little 1900 played, cool, but you are not a kid so you play it with more feeling, although it's not as well played as in the movie but some how it's better.
