  • Richard. Many thanks for quick responce- still searching but as yet nothing. Vanessa did not receive the fame and acclaim she so richly deserved. Poor Winifred Ruby died 1992 aged 71 (cancer) A real Lady.

  • Hello Richard

Have just seen your message... Thank You ... I guess you have not managed to find the song One Night of Love from an Ivor Novello film... It was probably very early on in the career of Ivor and didnt maybe, warrant a lot of attention... Anyway... I really do thank you for trying to help find this song... Maybe I will find it through other means... in which case I shall let you know the source... if you would like me to...

    Take Care... Tedibair ...

  • Hello Richard

Thank you for taking the time to look for the song I mentioned.. The reason for my interest is that my parents went to see an Ivor Novello film on their first date (1935/6) and I wondered whether that was the title of the film they saw or a song from a film.. I was told many times... but have now forgotten the details and would like to hear the song and imagine them on their first date...!!

Thank you for taking the trouble to assist in my search... Be Happy...

  • @tedibair

    Hi again my friend,

    Very warm regards
