@SpiralAu it isnt a different planet. Fusion takes place in BSL which is a station floating above SR388, the homeworld of metroids, and this takes place in SR388

I did beat him the normal way, missiled/charge beamed him to death. took me 3 tried but got the job done, didn't even know that the turrets could be destroyed till after I finished the game n started looking around on utube.

When I was in middle school, I tried to beat this boss the "normal" way--that is, shooting him with missles. I discovered the grapple beam trick by complete accident.

"Huh...what...why is my life going down? Why is everything flashing. Gees I need to get unstuck. Stupid hard boss.... who is dead! Holy crap how did I do that? OH... the electricity on the wall. AH HA."

@kba2s1 maaaan i tried her when i was in like 4th grade and could never beat her so i gave up and didnt play for like 2 years and i eventually beat her with the old fashioned missles then a about 2 years ago (when i was 18 lol huge gap) showed the the grapple trick and i hated my life for like a week lol. i showed that dude everything in Super and he pulls off that crap. i felt like a lame ass lol
