United Nation condemned Chinese invasion into Tibet in 1959, 1961, and 1969. These mean more than hundred nations condemned China. The PRC has peace treaty with Tibet in 1951 but later they did not honour their own words such as in the Culture Revolution in the PRC.Lier!Lier!Burn on a fire! Do you ever read the news? Where is the MIllions burried alive? There's an error of orders of magnitude. The CCP responded the same day that the earthquake happened. They school buildings were poorly build because the worst hit areas were in the rural areas, and they were build by the locals. If they are really concern about Tibetan, they should know that the epicenter of the earthquake is at Wenchuan County, Ngaba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
