  • Dont be too hard on these cops, they were wrong though, but they werent raging nazis either

  • love how you dumbasses start dancing in font of the cops instructing you to stop and claim to not have heard him. Really wished the guy in the brown shirt would of got the wind blown out of him too.

  • If these demonstrators light torches, attack bystanders, brandish weapons, or demonstrate violent acts in any way, detain every one of them immediately, they are a threat.

If a police officer body slams a man dancing at a public memorial to a president who endorsed democracy, freedom of speech, and rebellion against laws which do not serve to protect citizens, that officer should at least be fired, and at most be tried for assault. No officer has to attack peaceful citizens, no officer should.

  • you people who think your standing for something you stand for nothing what was the point of all that to show if you break the law you get arrested point proven dumb ass you think dancing at a memorial is funny get a life go serve your country and stop wasting police time ya'll make me sick

  • If They want to fucking dance just go to a fucking or something!!!

  • What exactly did they do

  • fuck da police ACAB

  • I would really apriciate someone with a law backround comenting on citisence arrest of police and the legality in these types of situations.

  • please tell me this asshole cop got sued

  • I don't really understand why they are being arrested for dancing BUT judging by they way they talk to the police and and resist arrest they were disturbing the peace which is enough to get your ass arrested. They both acted like idiots

  • thomas jefferson would have been one of those guys protesting.......the forefathers would shit themselves over what our country has come to.

  • @millertime60 @ZMorpheus The point was to protest the ridiculous, unjust ban on freedom of expression in the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. Also this wasn't an event just your everyday public area.

"For all they knew they were gonna pull a prank at the function" If we followed your logic: "Nobody leave your homes because some of you may do something bad"

Get off the page fascist pig cops. This is America not the USSR.

    /watch?v=tKgsEYSELPU&feature=g-all-u&context=G2eb72aeFAAAAAAAAAAA

  • see what happens when you pick on people in high school, they become cops and take their anger out on innocent civillians.... sad, cops are just bully victims with a gun.

  • @blazedcracker Couldn't have said it better my friend

  • This shit is halarious

  • Haha Dumbass. Looks like you got what was coming to you. That's what you get for failing to comply.

  • fukin activist low life hippies... theyre a fukin result of theyre parents who didnt beat them up enough n so these guys grew up not knowing how to show respect for dead people.. one simple thing to get rid of these tools is to round them all up... put them on a plane n send them to north korea... and video record what happens to them there when they have theyre little cry about "not having any freedom in america" fukin idiots will be shot dead without any warning there...

  • cops are fucking fags

  • @mostdoppe93 and why are cops fukin fags? coz they didnt put up with that smart ass shit those fukin childish morons were giving them even after they were clearly warned????????

  • @ronzak24 Clearly warned for what?

  • theyll be under arrest for dancing...then detained...

  • These aren't cops. These are the fat ones that failed to become cops so were given pity jobs riding bikes and doing weekend security.

  • @BloodNinja7 uhh.. no theyre actually cops.. who didnt fail to become cops otherwise they wouldnt be arresting them...

  • the top comments are cops

  • @sps2310 uhh.. no the top comments just seem to have a bit more common sense than other trouble making cop hating idiots...

  • who in their right minds dances at a memorial? In my 25 years I have never seen anyone dance at a memorial nor had the desire to dance at those locations. There are just some areas where these types of actions aren't tasteful. As I said before, you can practice your rights freely until they impede another's rights

  • to enjoy these locations as well, what about all those people that had their visit to the Memorial interrupted because these assholes decided this was something worth bitching for?

  • they went up there to pick a fight and that's what they got. I thought the cops were rather reasonable.

  • Lets join arms!!!! HAHAHAHAHA hippies went down!!!!!!

  • they have to tell you what they arrest you for, wtf great acts of police state what are they going to do arrest people for no reason... Dancing in the public area .... woooow what a crime he might dance and cause a threat to america haha they wernt even resisting i bet the cops didnt even lose their jobs they probably got rank up higher ...

  • Cops are instucted to cut off any hindrances at events, even before they happen. These guys clearly werent there for the memorial, with a shirt like "disobey" in it. For all they knew they were gonna pull a prank at the function. So the cops cut em off. It's not unprovoked, even passive aggresively.

  • @ZMorpheus It's in the constitution you have a right to assemble and protest peacefully, I don't know anything more peaceful then dancing.

  • @ZMorpheus I thougt it was sopposed to be innocent until proven guilty NOT the other way around.

  • @ZMorpheus true but you still have to give a reason to be arrested. You can't be arrested and told later what they want to charge you with.

  • @ZMorpheus Fuck the cops. If you haven't been fairly treated by the cops, then shut your trap, you pig lover. They don't protect America, the Marines do. Get that fucking straight! You fucking nigger.

  • Dancing in a US memorial snapping your fingers saying, all those men that are missing, all those MIA's". How dare you. If you can't respect the history of this country and honor those that have given there life for you, THEN LEAVE! WE DON'T NEED YOU HERE!

  • So the Jefferson memorial is in that town of Footloose now?

  • Ive watched cops like a 1000 times and every time someone is arrested they pull everything out of there pockets before they put them in the police car. I don't see that here, it seems that every one is content with the police violating there rights just because they said or did something that wasn't illegal just socially disapproving.

  • All Seems Reasonable to me.. They were being Smart asses and they deserve everything they got

  • @lovemetal1016 amen brother

  • @lovemetal1016 arrested for being a smart ass, what freaking country are you from?

  • @MrRrrrrrryyyy just because you have handcuffs on doesn't mean you're under arrest but they keep being smart asses and refusing to comply and listen they pretty much talk themselves into being arrested for disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace whatever so before you be the dumb ass I'm majoring in law and know more so save your stupidity for someone else alright... have a good one

  • I hope all those fuck head cops get shot on duty

  • FUCK THE COPS

  • if i was son of a president i was screaming in that pig face: SHUT THE FUCK UP BEFORE YOU GET FIRED!!!

  • WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • salio un ecuatoriano ay

  • these cops are scum and will be swallowed whole by the monster they are defending

  • america is pathetic and cowardess, willing to pick on the week for self benifit but yet cant finish what they started aginst the weekest areas this world has to offer.. it blows my mind that ppl actually listen to and believe speeches from presidental candidates and government as a whole.. present day america is the most corrupt country in the world and if u dont agree u misewell join the military or become a cop cuz u are just as much of a fool and a puppet the rest

  • 3:21 the woman says whats goin on, its called corperate america..get use to it, all the police and military are puppets in which to do the bidding of the rich..if there was no one that was willing to follow orders of these genocidal hypocrates, none of this would ever happen EVER! americas long running government is ruining the world as a whole. not just the usa..what you feel isnt patriotism it is remorse, u just feel like u have to say america is great cuz u live there,

  • SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!

  • Let's not underestimate the Nazi's, the difference here is in Nazi you would be SHOT on spot. Here, these men will have their time in court, and very well could be found NOT guilty, case dismissed, etc...Hitler, the 3rd Reich, it's an insult to compare this to them, night and day folks, night and day! (I do agree, what the hell do these cops care if people dance, my God, how stupid)

  • @kaidosbuddy Nah.

Even back then they had their day in court.

Who would want to miss such a good propaganda opportunity.

Just search for "Volksgerichtshof" and "Dr. Freissler".

    Not exactly like Judge Judy.......

  • Those Police Forgot To Put Their Swasticas On. Tsk.Tsk. Fuhrer Obama Would Be Disappointed In Them.

  • i did dick!

  • Welcome to the Fascist Police State of Amerika.

  • guy in brown shirt was hindering and was interferring, guy in white shirt was passive aggressive when being detained... got what was coming

  • dancing at a public place? they need to start shuttin down clubs cuz thats a public place lol...

  • ahh america home of the lawfully oppressed

  • flash mob dancing anyone

  • sick american society.... too much democracy???

  • Why is the Jefferson memorial in China?

  • Our founding fathers would be ashamed of these stupid laws.

  • Good to know that I can't dance in a public place. Oh America, you are going to shit.

  • are these guys really serious though? I don't know how many times I heard the word "Warning" but these douchebags were given plenty of time to clear this issue up without being handcuffed

  • @ThreeElevenFan idiot

  • this is where jefferson reanimates and goes ham on deez piggeez

  • they werent getting arrested for dancing, they were getting arrested for not following police instructions

  • @FallinFromTheSkyy getting handcuffed doesn't mean you are necessarily being arrested, these individuals could also just be getting detained so as to get the situation under control and find out what the real situation is. Plus, you can whine about rights all you want, but once your shananigans start impeding on others rights to visit a public place, you are also then also the problem. Plus, this video doesn't show what started this whole mess, what were they doing before?

  • @ThreeElevenFan thats exactly what im trying to say man, i belive the police had the right to do what they did.

  • the mysterious citizen is the fucking man!! straight up held his composer#1, staring dat fake ass cop down in them dark ass shades.(probably high)#2, not posing a threat while doing it#3...he never said 1 word either#4 He straight MINDFUCKED EM!

  • u.s. pork police

  • insane nazi cops

  • I love all of the ignorant comments here. "Cops don't know the law" "These cops should all be shot" "Stupid fat ignorant cops" Now, I don't want to start and argument, but I do have to point out that no one watching this clip knows how many times they were asked to leave the area and what they were doing before this video started. As for excessive force, the brown and white shirt fellow resisted arrest and were dealt with accordingly. "Nuff said.

  • @trhviper exactly

  • @trhviper

    fuck cops

  • @trhviper Well when you figure out how these people were harming anyone with their actions, get back to us.

  • @trhviper Yeah, I here your point, but the fact of the matter still remains that they were arrested for dancing. Kinda like Footloose

  • @boofsterb Thanks for the courtesy. If they had been arrested for dancing, that would have been one thing. I would definitely be on their side if that were the case. What we don't see much of in the video are the several warnings they have had to disperse their gathering. They were arrested for ignoring those warnings and continuing with their organized demonstration (dancing). The cops aren't stupid and if you see, they also really don't want to have to deal with it. Hope your day is going well

  • @trhviper I believe that the charges that were brought against them was dancing in a public place. Unless you see other crimes prior to the arrest, i don't see any other reason for detainment.

  • @boofsterb I see what you mean. A judge had ruled dancing in locations such as the Jefferson Memorial illegal. This was to help preserve the peace and tranquil environment of these monuments. Understandably so, these places are often visited by dignitaries and others and should be places of reflection and respect. Is it the best of laws? Doubtful. However this group knew that the law had been passed and came out to dance in protest. When they would not disperse their gathering they were arrested

  • @trhviper

so you (assuming)as one of the people. Can look me straight in the face and tell me that someone should get arrested for dancing.Someone should get arrested from holding their mates.

This not about cop vs whomever right now.

Tell me do you think a people should be arrested...at a FUCKING Thomas Jefferson memorial(where ever they were)

    Question to you sir??

  • @lopytube If the crime was dancing, the answer would be an obvious no. But, that is not what they are being charged for. They are deliberately ignoring the repeated warnings from police to disperse. If it was a random group of people, then that would be one thing, but they were together and knew that they were in the wrong. example: The girl knew they were pushing the lines when she said "We're stopping, we're stopping" She already knew they were in trouble. Dancing=Legal, What they did is not.

  • @lopytube And for the record, I wish neither you nor anyone else ill. Just pointing out that the individuals involved were not arrested for dancing, but for ignoring repeated warnings to disperse their gathering and demonstrating in a public place. Hope you have a great day.

  • @trhviper public area bitch

  • @PiarasL Not the most eloquent retort I've ever heard, but definitely not the worse. Hope your day is going well. :)

  • @trhviper how can you say we dont know how many times they were warned if we can see the cops coming? you are not very clever are you?

    HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHQAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • @trhviper they were arrested for dancing told to shut up...then detained...really..its a public place there allowed to do what they want..and how they want it...yes i agree with u..stuff was probally said before the camera was on...what cops did was against the law and the consitution...the cops should be delt with...

  • fuck police:))))))))

  • umm you are stupid all of you in the video...you scream and yell "this is america, this is america" in america we have laws...and you have to listen to them. they dont go though all this shit to be wasting there time on dumbass like you all...just saying!!! GET A LIFE!!!!

  • last I checked, resisting arrest is a crime. go get a job! I hate hippies

  • Comment removed

  • @stunt4567 go to fema camp . redneck

  • AND WE ARE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE.

  • For all you do, and for all you are still doing, thank you Adam. We The People enjoy our rights only as long as we fight to keep them. The price of Freedom is eternal vigilance.

  • they werent slammed like that because they were dancing they were slammed like that because they were resisting. the guy in the brownish shirt was stupid and just made it worse and theadam kokesh guy was resisting arrest if you want to beat the cops cooperate then take them to jail dont even bother trying to beat them anywhere else you will lose no matter what they should have just cooperated

  • @incogneterpeter idk why they said they couldnt dance it was probably a demonstration thing like a need for a permit is what they were getting at i think and they were being nice about it until the asshole was saying "what is dancing"

  • THEY WERE DANCING ON THE LINCOLN MONUMENT THATS DISRESPECT ITS LIKE GOING TO A FUNERAL HOME AND DANCE IN FRONT OF THE CORPSE AND THEN U GO OH I GOT MY RIGHTS ITS BULL AND THEY GOT ASKED TO STOP POLITLEY RULES ARE RULES LEARN TO RESPECT GEEZ IM GLAD THEY GOT THEIRS

  • @amun6416 Their dancing was an expression of what your founding fathers. Free speech and expression. Obviuosly you and the police are disrespecting founding fathers.

  • @larsiemannen NOPE THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HAVING FREEDOM AND ABUSING IT. AND THESE PEOPLE WERE ABUSING IT. ITS LIKE IF A BUNCH OF NEWS REPORTERS WERE TO START DANCING AT A PRESIDENTIAL METTING. OF COURSE THEY'RE GUNNA GET ARRESTED! THINK FOR A SECOND ITLL DO U SUM GOOD

  • @amun6416 An abuse of freedom is to arrest people who dance. They don't impose harm to anybody.

  • @larsiemannen NOT PHYSICALLY BUT THEYRE DISRESPECTING WITH MONUMENT OF ONE OF THE INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE THAT HELPED GIVE THEM THAT FREEDOM IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THEY WANNA DANCE DO TO A BAR OR IN THE STREET JUST NOT THERE. ITS JUST LIKE I SAID BEFORE ABOUT IF ONE WULD TO BEGIN DANCING AT A FUNERAL HOME IN FRON OF THE FAMILY OR AT A PRESIDENTIAL MEETING THERE IS A TIME AND PLACE FOR EVERYTHING IF THIS ADAM GUY PROVED ANYTHING ITS HOW IGNORANT AMERICANS CAN BE TO INCORRECTLY PROVE A POINT

  • @amun6416 What if they honoured Lincoln by dancing of joy? Who are other to judge

  • U fuckin bitch ass cops!!!

  • This is one group of people who should have been lined up and shot behind the right ear.

  • haha fucken people man, go home and stop bugging the cops. Jesus. Hey let's go cause shit and dance with our fugly girl friends and see if we get arrested then complain about it later. Find a job, go to that job, come home, play with your kids, do your wife, watch TV, work out, go to bed and do it all over again the next day, and you wont get arrested by the cops. and I can't wait to read what some hero know it all has to say about my comment, bring fags.

  • @cuecutz12 then leave

  • 3:00 This is you last warning!

  • @chrille96H To whom is the warning directed?...it is unclear and I respectfully ask. (or for whom is it NOT intentioned may be the better question)

  • Will anyone with sourced information list a US Park Police officers average salary, plus benefits, after 11yrs of employment in any of the districts, units or branches? Starting salary listing of 50K plus is easy to find but I am interested in learning mid-career or beyond salary. Do the US Park Police participate in 'collective' bargaining?

  • Police state much? I hope every cop got sued for this shit. Funny fact is that they fail to explain why those people are actually being arrested. Also they didnt read them their rights. The police is totally in the wrong here

  • @useless241: Wrong. They don't have to read them their rights until they're in custody and being interrogated. The Jefferson Memorial isn't a police station so they're not in custody, and I doubt they have any questions to ask them. No need to Mirandize them here.

As far as suing them: Good luck, this was by the book. If you commit a crime and a cop orders you to stop you have no legal right to simply keep walking away, in which case they will detain you forcibly.

  • I live in America and I am glad the police quickly removed these morons from that monument. They were warned and in turn they decided to mock the police officers, breaking the law in the process. The guy is whining about a warning. Where does law require a "warning" when you are breaking it. This isn't some innocent bystanders casually dancing in a monument. They knew what was going to happen and did this on purpose. Even if the law makes no sense, there is nothing constructive about this.

  • @DennyArcher WHY ARE YOU GLAD ,WERE YOU THERE ????? The only ones who disturbd order were the cops !Ahhhh, you were thre huh,yes admit that you was one of the pigs there. you live in americabut I gladly don`t. what a fucktupcorruptcountry

  • @DennyArcher: If I ever decide to shoot someone I'm going to be sure to yell out "You didn't even warn me!" as they haul me off to jail.

  • Cops - they are so coppy. Can't describe it. Are they stupid?

  • and at the Jefferson memorial?...really?...of all places!

  • @nametakenuse: Not really as ironic as you imply. These people were doing this to protest an earlier case of a woman dancing here to celebrate Jefferson's birthday.

Jefferson, who admitted in one of his memoirs that he wasn't a good dancer, did not celebrate his own birthday. In fact, he discouraged it outright. The only birthday he celebrated was the United States' birthday, i.e. Independence Day.

  • @PooPoo2U There is much that I appreciate about Jefferson..he spoke and wrote greatly about such things as equality, the cost of Liberty and inalienable rights etc.. stemming from a Creator and so on(not civil rights which can be ajudicated out of existence in mans court) and he also did much that I would find objectionable. However, in view of the circumstance presented in the video, the irony may be found in your statement that "the only birthday he celebrated was... Independence Day".

  • @nametakenuse: No irony there. These people were not exercising independence, as you can only do so personally on your own territory and if you have no superior governance than yourself, which US citizens do obviously have.

  • @PooPoo2U A key to our difference in opinion may be your understanding of word "governance" and its collective implication for restraining individual liberty rather than the other way 'round and further the application of the 14th ammendment construct, in any case, I wont be drawn into an argument where a participant prevaricates on the meaning of their own writing. I will accept the obvious implication of purpose as expressed by your Youtube moniker as the basis for each of your comments!

  • @nametakenuse: My comment makes perfect sense and my username is irrelevant. The fact you even bring it up indicates to me simply that you have no intelligible argument to present.

  • This clown in the the bike hat makes bicyclist look very bad!

  • The city with one of the highest murder rates in the United States:

"Breaker breaker 1 9, all units respond, we have dancers, I repeat, DANCERS, code studio 54 at the Jefferson Memorial, we need backup."

  • Comment removed

  • I just read that "After 5 people got arrested for dancing at the jefferson memorial, hundreds returned to reclaim the right to dance!!! Jefferson would have been proud." Nice, but American problem is bigger than only dancing.

  • This is the same thing like ACTA what we all fighting in Poland, same fuckin thing, Americans should start massive protests, this is fucking suck, arrest for dancing in public! For God sake!

  • There is no law saying you can't dance in public. Cops are in the wrong. Cops know nothing about the constitution nor the amendments.

  • @jrdiaz27: You know, I have my disagreements with cops, but it always annoys me to read comments where people say "They don't know the law." when the cop is correct.

Note the cop asks if they're a group, to which they acknowledge they are. Anything coordinated that they all do is technically a demonstration, and demonstrations in DC, like most places, require a permit, which they obviously didn't have.

You were saying about the law?

  • In general, police officers are failures in life. They have mental hygiene problems and the only way they can find their place is to be a bully. As a U.S. soldier nothing is more pleasurable then taking down a bad cop. There has been many a soldier or Marine that has failed to conform and we put them out of the military. Guess where they go? law enforcement.

  • no shit, but its worse than that. Arrested or dancing in public? Jesus will get these fuckers. Everyone arrested here better file a lawsuit

  • You can't be a gnostic atheist retard.-God

  • The word retard comes to mind. When watching these "police officers"

  • where is freedom

  • THIS IS A POLICE STATE. WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz we will sleep till there is noone left to wake up next to.
