@Daimen555 remote-play on the ps vita can let you play any ps3 games ,that is supported, anywhere where you have access to wi-fi. This means that you can be half way across the world and still able to resume your game. Lets say for example if your parents or kids or wife wants to use the "big screen" to watch movies, all you have to do is turn on your vita to resume your game without having to wait. Hope this answers some of your questions.

@Daimen555 Well console games have HORRIBLE resolutions... on the ps vita the pixels per inch ratio is much denser so the jagged edges aren't so damnedly pronounced... It is also an OLED screen meaning it shits over your tv in colour reproduction and contrast in every single way.

The other reason is you can take it to the toilet, or into another room aslong as you have access to that local network... meaning the whole house can become a ps3 gaming area

@sinterdesint Its ps3 quality but the resolution is 480p (which isn't bad for a 5 inch screen) Most screens below 32 inch only really need 720p as the difference wont be very noticeable and its the same for the PS vita. For comparison I believe the 3DS top screen is only 240p as its in 3D.

The battery actually lasts 6 hours of constant heavy gameplay "i've tested, and the reality of it is, 6 hours on a (mobile) gaming device is plenty. If you're using facebook,ect the battery lasts 8+hours. If you want to play 6+ hours of gaming, you most likely have a console anyway, and a decent game like RDR. I have a 8gb memory card, 200+ songs and still have 3gb for game saves which is more than necessary.
