  • This Train comes from the Circus World Museum and it is headed to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a Circus Parade. These Wagons are the real deal that were used in the time Circuses traveled from town to town. The animals were truck in for safety and economics. I would say this was a working circus train because they were going to a job. This Parade is something to see with plenty of animals. Thanks for checking it out.

  • was that an actual working circus or is it just a preserved example of one?? i didnt see any animals or anything so i'm assuming it wasnt a real one...

  • I never saw a circus train but I know a few people who lived on them back in the 70's.

  • @Landotom I literally hang with clowns! My husband and some of his longtime friends were Ringling Brothers clowns. One of our newer friends is a clown and son and grandson of some former Ringling employees.

  • i haven't seen a steamed engine in a long time. nice video.

  • @myrealghostbusters Thank you

  • How Fun!

Wow, 17 flatbeds, nearly everyone carrying four wagons! In Dumbo only 2 wagons are seen on each flatbed, and there are only 3 or 4 flatbeds. (though other wagons that weren't on the train appear in other places in the movie.)

    When was this footage taken?

  • WoW

    That was just super.

  • Now that's a circus train! Not like the plain looking RB & BB train that comes through my area twice per year!

  • Totally cool!

  • Great catch. The cars and wagons are just like the HO scale I have been collecting

The museum has been hit hard with poor planing and a flood all the steamers are out of service due to boiler issues.
