Pro Tools LE - 02 Regions: 05 Basic Editing

I have used Protools a few years ago and started to use it again and needed a refesher on Trim Tool as I wa having difficutly getting it to work.

Unfortuanatley for a novice like me this uses terminology about commands that apears to be about Apple Mac but doesnt say what the equivelent commands on a PC are. The guy does a lot of things without properly explaining exactly what he is doing so its difficult to follow how to actually do it. Therefore I am none the wiser now than I was before.

I hate protools midi...when im moving a track around in the protools midi editor...it doesnt follow the the grid i established in grid mode...i try to select 1/64 notes...but it still moves the midi note by ONE BAR its sucks because i cant drag the midi note to exactley where i want it.... !!
