@blueboy5090 he doesnt have actual game stats as this was just a cosmetic character switch.
but all around isn't a bad guess for his character.

The "Dictionary" character can be unlocked normally by beating her in Singles Island Open. Her name is Emily.
The green guy, Kevin, was the one who I used cheats for.

I played through power tour once. Didn't play advance tour, though.
i was looking forward to unlocking the best player in the varsity team, but turns out he wasnt playable :/ i bet he would specialize in Technique...

Holy crap, I've always wanted to play a match against Kevin since I got this game back in 2001. Seeing an actual working character sprite for him is freaking amazing.

@Danmaninja his whole sprite exist only in the japanese versione of the game. In american/european version he appears like a red a. coz.

no you cant unlock him sadly. but by using gameshark, there are useable sprites for him but no actual character stats.
