@ 3:21 The two pictures that the red light camera took (one right before they hit the intersection, and the one after they stopped) determine if he went thought the light. Dispatchers call the shots, and most likely they will not get a ticket

That SUV at 1:00 sure made a lot of progress passing you on a double yellow line lol.
At 1:20, that driver must have drank a little too much caffeine. Got off lucky that time.
2:30, I've heard of police giving out tickets for illegal flashing lights or something, but then it can be fought by saying that they are referring to a device that allows for automatic flashing (noun), not manually flashing the headlights (verb). Either way, I don't risk it. Don't speed and there's nothing to worry about.
Amazing, the stuff we see, lol.
