I'm scottish and love my country I hope we win our independence from the english! And are glad to see the americans protesting against they're overly secretive government!
The goal is that Bolshevism captures USA same as it caprtured Russia 100 years ago. Our government is BY DEFINITION BOLSHEVIK and Americans are BY DEFINITION IGNORANT.
All those "demonstrations" of "socialists", "unionists" and even "communists" are smoke screen for Boshevik government imposing absolute LENINIST - TROTSKIST dictatorship!
Once you figure out the 2 party agenda, you quickly see how they keep us at odds. Debates only allow the SELECTED few, I believe the sucess of Ross Perot worried those in control, see how Ron Paul gets little TV coverage. Follow the money and we see this is all for their selfish gain. It is quite simple but it takes an open mind and a desire to not be led. Learn about the FEDERAL RESERVE , it gets complicated, but learn. Go to youtube and listen to G. Edward Griffins Creature from Jekyll Is
The Internet is being used to revolutionize societies. Tell your Congressman to rewrite the “Employee Freedom of Choice Act” so it uses the Internet to allow workers to request and conduct union votes DIRECTLY with the NLRB. Truly secret votes where employers can’t identify and fire organizers. Force employers to bargain with unions 30 days after a successful vote. Bring in an arbitrator 30 days later if no contract is in place. In 2012 VOTE for Obama, House & Senate majorities and pass it!

Here is the dirty little SECRETE! MONEY GOES TO DEMOCRAT PARTY WE TAXPAYERS ARE FUNDING THIS BS!
Employees and political action committees of organizations that make up the big four special interests that own the Democratic Party contributed hundreds of millions of dollars in campaign contributions to the party's federal candidates in 2010.The top 20 labor unions, for example, gave more than $68 million in 2010, with 94 percent of the total going to Democrats and just 4 percent to Republicans.
If public unions fail then where will the next wave of workers come from? Do you honestly think the scabs awaiting employement as your civil service employees will be any better? Or will the qualifications become less, the regulations become less until you are left with the desperate taxpaying poor fighting for a postion to work for the taxpaying rich using datasystems and business protocols bought from Oracle and Citigroup. Shouldn't a manager be fired before the whole team gets traded away?
Unions don't JUST bargain for wages and benefits. A teacher caught between unreasonable parents and a school principal who doesn’t want those parents going to the school board knows that his only friend in such a meeting is his union representative. Teachers will work for less specifically BECAUSE of these union job protections. Take away everyday union protection in the workplace and Wisconsin will pay higher wages and benefits to maintain the same level of teaching quality it had before.
The fact that thousands are lining up to do their jobs, but are sent away is an indicator that they are overpaid and over compensated for their work. Until people stop lining up trying to get "in", just as with all jobs, the position is overpaid.
@petiemac24 I spent 4 years active duty in the Navy and then 4 more as a weekend warrior in the Army. I went to boot camp in Great Lakes, Illinois for the Navy and Fort Benning, GA for the Army. I was stationed on ships in Long Beach, Ca and San Diego, Ca. I was in Operation Desert Storm and Somalia. I travelled all over Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. While I was in the Army my only foreign destination was Panama for 2 weeks.
@Thrillcekr ....Somalia....another example of how sticking our nose in civil wars cause problems. You would think we would of learned our lesson after Vietnam. Talk about lies, 60,000 men died in vain and unknown civilians raped, killed and tortured.
@petiemac24 Okay, so you're tap dancing around again without saying anything with substance that pertains to the argument. You're entitled to your opinion on Somalia but I went because I was ordered to so you can pin the blame on that someplace else. I had no more to do with our presence there than the union did with the state mismanaging these people's retirement funds.
@Thrillcekr .....Lying agai and blaming the state instead of greedy, corrupt unions. Don't tell me what I am entitled to, your ignorance and apathy are appalling.
@petiemac24 Hahaha. Okay, you're not entitled to your opinion since you're a compulsive liar that clearly hasn't been in the military so shut the fuck up. Is that better? There's no point in arguing about this any longer. Everyone out there except you is aware that there is no way that a union could access and spend money in state coffers that's being used to pay for state employee retirements. The fact that you don't understand that means there's no reason to argue any further. You lose.
@petiemac24 Oh yeah, what did I steal? Hahahaha!!! More accusations and idiocy from a desperate man being made a fool of. Go take your meds. Better yet, follow your own advice. Stop stealing oxygen that would be better used by intelligent beings with a purpose on this planet.
@petiemac24 Can you tell me what any of that has to do with pay and state funded pensions for public workers in the state of Wisconsin? No, you can't because they aren't related and you keep trying to use diversionary tactics to avoid that subject.
@Thrillcekr ...."Diversionary tactics"...your spent way too much time in the military. It has everything to do with public workers, without such a entity the government would have to be honest with taxpayer dollars. All those wars, bases and years you spent in the military would also not be possible without printing fiat dollars.
@Thrillcekr ...It's pitiful that you wasted all those years in the military and college and don't even know who controls our nations money supply. Exactly what the government and military want, a bunch if uneducated sheep to do what their told. Your should try thinking for yourself sometime instead of taking orders.
@petiemac24 I"m smart enough to see what you are doing and not allowing it. You keep trying to derail from the subject and I keep pushing you back to it. There's a reason for that. Everytime you do that it becomes clearer to anyone reading that you know nothing and are therefore trying to move the topic in another direction. Very old school. Lawyers do it all the time to divert juries when they have a guilty client. You're doing it because you're guilty of stupidity and ignorance.
@Thrillcekr ...HERE WE GO....Keynes's Theory is what they teach in our colleges, The Federal Reserve controls our money supply and can't be fully audited, our currency is a fiat currency, we have been off the gold standard since 1971 when Nixon announced "we are all Keynesian's now", and wars are funded by printing paper dollars backed by nothing. The FED and the government are responsible for our deficits, wars, recession and uneducated people like you who fell for fallacies and flawed theories
@petiemac24 Not relevant to unions, state funded pensions, or in any way to the situation with public employees in Wisconsin. These are not federal employees. If you were so educated you would understand that. Just goes to show you that being able to read is one thing. Being able to understand what you are reading is another. So, now you're starting to bore me. Actually that started a long time ago. How many times you have tried to change the subject now? I lost count long ago.
Anyone can regurgitate what they hear on the networks news propaganda machines. It is real easy get into alternative media that isn't govt. propaganda yes we do live in a place with state run news. Because if you watch real close they are all saying the same thing whether it be local or national. There is a for sure agenda to divide Americans they are weak divided remember DIVIED WE FALL UNITED WE STAND have some solidarity with Americans THEY ARE NOT DIFF JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE LEFT OR RIGHT
@djkinetic1 The goal is that Bolshevism captures USA same as it caprtured Russia 100 years ago.
O.K. people get out of the right left they are the same if you can't see it is a divisional ploy to keep everyone at each others throats. Open your minds to the facts it is a game you are all Americans that want the best for yourselves and your families. People are exposed to different information which molds their views differently. Just open your minds don't believe what your hear on t.v. It is lies get out of line you are not sheep. Yet I hear a lot of baahs on here regurgitated propaganda.
Ronald Reagan was the President of the Screen Actors Guild Union, AFL-CIO. Your GOP hero.
There's nothing wrong with unions and or negotiations as that's the AMERICAN WAY.
WE all NEGOTIATE for deals, all the time.
Your GOP, negotiates. Wall Street, negotiates. Unions, negotiates.
When you STOP negotiating is when you are no longer a Democracy but are in a DICTATORSHIP or WORSE. You GOP who are against unions might want to relocate to a DICTATORSHIP where you'll be with your kind
this is my impersonation of what the corporate ceos are doing right now.Na na na na na na you cant organise na na na na na na we are getting richer while you are getting poorer na na na na na na we can take the bargoning rights away while we have the power to limit wages na na na na na na you most willing to be our servants for the least pay na na na na na na your just a number an insignifigant number na na na na na na

IF YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO VOTE, these people will make the laws and determine the changes to our Constitution under which you and your children will live for the rest of your lives. CONTACT YOUR CONGRESS PEOPLE ON ISSUES AND VOTE!
That goes without mentioning the blow public education will take in the state when many of these people are forced to quit teaching and move on to other professions that provide them with a wage they can live on. Who replaces them? The only people left to take their jobs will be those who can't find a job elsewhere. That won't be good. I don't live in Wisconsin but I'll do my part to support these folks by boycotting everything I can that's made in Wisconsin until the governor wisens up.
@DeusVenator Judging by the fact that you don't even know how to use the English language correctly I think it's safe to say that you're not "educated" at all. Secondly, you're clearly not educated on the facts either. The onliy way you're making 53k as a teacher in Wisconsin is if you have 30+ years in and I'm not sure that's the case even then. It certainly won't be for ANYONE after the planned 6,000.00 per year cut in pay and bennies. Let me "educate" you on the facts my friend.
@DeusVenator First of all, the starting wage for a teacher in the state of Wisconsin right now is 25,222.00 and that's where you'd be starting at if you were to start today. Not at the 53k figure you drummed up in your imagination. For the record, that ranks teachers in Wisconsin 49th out of 50 states. They're asking them to take wage and benefit cuts that amount to 500 a month. So, that takes you down to a true wage of roughly 19,222.
@Thrillcekr There is just no money to pay them more. Understanding why is the kicker. This is the result of a money supply subjected to Usury. There were no mistakes made that could have prevented this catastrophe. Our options are this point are inflation, deflation or jubilee.
Protesting in Wisconsin is pointless. Protesting in Washington is pointless. What we need need is a global revolution against the entire international banking syndicate.
@redcorona14 Teachers don't work for free so they better find some someplace or get rid of public education altogether. Those are their options. This all came about in large part because they didn't make sure money was set aside to cover the bills. That isn't the fault of these workers.
@DeusVenator Meanwhile, the state of Wisconsin is ranked right smack dab in the middle of the 50 states. If you think people who spent 4 or 5 years of their life studying at a university are gonna line up for that you've lost your freaking mind. That's not even enough to survive on where I live and my state is ranked 8th cheapest cost of living in the country. Those teachers aren't doing interviews on television talking about how they will have to find another career for fun. They mean it.
@DeusVenator Anyway, I'll tell you what. You take your ass right up there and apply for one of those jobs since you're so damn smart. I got an old washer box in the garage that I'll drop off for you since you'll need something to keep the snow off your head.
Wisconsin teachers are already ranked 49th in the country as far as starting wage. Forcing someone that took 50K + out in loans just to become a teacher who only makes a little over 20k after the planned reduction in wages and benefits is ridiculous. The odd part of it all is that many of these people will then qualify for all sorts of public aid programs so some of the money the state is supposedly saving really won't be.
This is SO FUNNY, watching the prolonged and well over due death of the Unions is SWEET!! Can't wait till we have some protest over near where we live, as I will be on the side supporting our brave Governors !! The loudest voices for tolerance are the most Intolerant!! The thug/Alinsky tactics, Socialists, "DON"T WORK ANY LONGER"!!!
To many of us are awake, finally, and have the numbers to back it up!! Eventuall, Libtards, this bill will pass!!! Yay!! yay!! yay!! God Bless Walker!!
@savgal1211 You must be already working at Walmart for $10 an hour, Walker is an immoral prick. He gave $148 million is tax breaks to the rich in the same bill where he is trying to end collective bargaining. Rich get richer and you poor slobs don't get the big picture. Dumb and Dumber.
@SuperShockjock No, i make a little more than that :) farm land and guns and ammo and we just keep gettin more!! I have , hm, around 2 K in stored ammo,.a nd 2 yrs of food, so It'll be fun watching the food riots, what will you be wearing? i would like to root you on!!
It's to late. you will not win this fight. this demonic entity thats trying to take your rights away have been going across the country breaking unions and creating homelessness. and you said nothing until it got to you. if you had united in the begging this wouldn't be happening. they have a bigger agenda. you are a stepping stone to them like the homeless you step over daily.
What interesting, There are many green flags, arabic people and arabic banners. Looks like north-african activists continue to perform their mission of freedom.
@petiemac24 It is IMMORAL to give tax cuts to the rich and to corporations and then try and balance to reduction in tax revenue on the backs of the middle class.. Governor you are IMMORAL.
@hayden50 The rich just whined their way to keeping their 3% Bush era tax cut (notice Bush started with a surplus but NOW we have a huge deficit) This tea bagger governor wants the middle class to take an 18% cut .
THAT my friend is immoral. You do know that the unions already agreed to his pension and health care concession BUT that was not good enough for the immoral prick. Your moral compass is skewed buddy.
@SuperShockjock yeah, blame everything on Bush.. last time i checked your Dear Leader "Obama",extended the Bush tax cuts.
As the governor correctly points out ,there is a huge cost of collective bargaining. The Democratic lawmakers are hiding out in some other state, believing a minority could hold the people hostage . the governor is a doing the right thing .similar action should follow in every state.
@hayden50 I was hoping you could do basic math. Bush had a surplus when he came into office, he cut REVENUE by giving the rich a tax cut....10 yrs off decreased revenue = huge deficit (never mind 2 wars put on the credit card) Now the tea bagger wants to go after the middle class to balance his budget....is that what Jesus would do....rightards protect the rich at the expense of everyone else. It is brain numbing.
@SuperShockjock Bush.., you libtards would never let him go would you ?
I do not support tax cuts for the rich, nor do i support cradle to grave entitlement programs & lavish benefits for unions.i also believe ending the two pointless wars, bring our troops home & put them on the Border for a while to stop Mexicans from crossing over...collective bargaining has to go,in all states..
Do you know that we Christians give more to charity than all you libtards ?
@hayden50 christians should give more, they cause alot of damage in the world. Aids in Africa, christards say no the condems, christards in the US say no to women's choice, no to gay rights. Christards in the Sudan kill their children because they think they are witches. Christards in Ireland kill each other. 400 yrs of torturing during the Inquisition. Yeap you christards have alot of misery to make up for......
@hayden50 Wow you didn't even try to defend your particular religion......hard to use "faith"(which is ALL you got when you have no proof for your beliefs) to defend the facts of your retarded belief structure. Try joining the 21st century and give up our bronze age myths, maybe you will more compassion for your neighbours.
@SuperShockjock ...I agree that large corporations have unfair advantages in many ways because they have huge lobbying power, kind of like your public unions.
@petiemac24 corporations now thanks to the rightard supreme court now have a huge advantage of citizens and unions, it is not a fair comparison. At least unions represent WORKER'S, you know your neighbours, corporations only care about profits and shareholder value period. The less they have to pay their employees the better the bottom line. Now who does that benefit???
@SuperShockjock .....Are you really going to make this partisan? Both parties have plenty of blame sitting at their feet. Unions represent their own self interests are a money making business like any other. The problem lies in their cooperation with the government. If they don't pay their employees enough, they can find another job. That is the beauty of the free market, there is competition even for good workers and wages. You should read some books on economics before you comment.
@petiemac24 Newsflash. Unions paved the way for you to live the type of lifestyle you live right now whether you're in one or not. Do your homework on the history of labor in this country. Better yet, you can see a current example of the way it used to be by studying how American companies are treating their employees in places like China where they are allowed to do as they wish.
@Thrillcekr .....I have done my research and I have said before that unions serve a purpose until they become partners with government. Wall Street, Unions, The FED and corporations all should be kept separate form the government. Study how in modern times China is practicing more capitalism these days and their rise to power is evidence of that. We used to take pride in what we produced, save money, have a trade surplus and be a creditor nation. China is what we used to be!
@petiemac24 Apparently you haven't. If you had done your research you would know what these people make. They aren't breaking the state's bank. They're not even getting paid what they should be in many cases so there's no justification for saying the union is to blame for this. You think China is practicing modern capitalism? You're wrong my friend. Those people live in dorms at work and are often forced to work 12 hour plus days 7 days a week in factories that are very unsafe.
@petiemac24 You're a lying sack of shit. You're one of those people that doesn't even have the common sense to make your lies believable. It's highly unlikely that any teacher even in the most expensive parts of America makes that kind of money for one.
@Thrillcekr ....Here we go with the insults...You can look on the internet an look state by state what all public servants make. Again you avoid the question and call me ignorant when you should look in the mirror!
@petiemac24 I'm not avoiding any question. You're avoiding producing any facts. You've also proved that you're a compulsive liar so I really don't need to prove anything. American bases in China? Really? Hahaha!!! Come on man. Seriously. As if the Chinese would allow an American military base to operate within it's borders. Do you have any idea how many vets are on YouTube? You lack common sense to even believe for a second that you could tell such a lie and get away with it.
@Thrillcekr ....I never said I was stationed in China or that we have bases there. Your confusing your flawed opinions with real facts. Your don't have to prove anything just admit that your uneducated in economics and can't debate someone who knows why public unions are a problem.
@petiemac24 Yes you did. You said you were based in China for 13 years in the military. So, i guess you have already told so many lies already that you can't remember what you have said. You haven't provided anything to debate on. Not a single fact. Nothing but lies. I'm college educated and I'm owning you here my friend. Actually, YOU are owning you. All I have to do is keep you talking and standby while you make one crazy and unbelievable comment right after another. What a damn fool!
@Thrillcekr ....I never said that and again you should be a politician because you are great at avoiding answers! Here, I will make it easier for you mister college graduate. Do you know who controls our money supply?
@petiemac24 Yeah you did you lying piece of shit. You said you were based in China for 13 years. Here's your exact quote "I lived in China for 13 years while in the service and your claims about people being "forced" to work in those conditions are false." You probably deleted your post once you realized you had been caught. You should be ashamed of yourself. Apparently you forgot that everytime you post a response it goes to my mailbox. I have a copy. ;)
@petiemac24 Yes there is. You're misplacing blame on people that have done nothing to you. Honest, hard working people. Yet, you have absolutely zero proof to back those accusations because that proof doesn't exist. If you actually had any decency about you, you would be ashamed but you don't and you aren't. As for teachers in New Jersey (gotta love the internet) payscale dot com says teachers there make 42,830-59,461. That's nothing for a state with a cost of living as high as NJ.
@Thrillcekr ...That was an average salary and not including pensions and benefits, paid for by the taxpayers. You should be ashamed of yourself for avoiding questions an lying about the facts.
@petiemac24 No. That was minimum to maximum. You said that teacher got paid 89k. Now that I have looked it up and provided a sight where others viewing your comments can look it up you are trying to change your story. Busted again.
@petiemac24 Secondly, I was in the military. You weren't stationed in China because there are no bases in China. On top of that, even if there was, you can only spend a certain amount of years stationed overseas before you have to rotate back to the states. After a couple years back in CONUS you can then rotate back out again. Check that against the posted age in your profile and none of the math even comes close to adding up.
@petiemac24 You're right about them being what we USED to be though. Like I said, study the history of American labor. All of the things I mentioned above used to happen right here in this country and most likely will again one day with people like yourself being so out of touch. You ever hear about all those people burning alive in Chicago because the employer locked workers inside so they couldn't come out and take breaks? What about the hiring of Pinkerton goons to beat up employees?
@Thrillcekr .....Your Chicago story proves that you are going to extremes to make a point. What you fail to see is why we are broke as a country. Please don't even bring up goons beating people,, unions have a terrible history of such things.
@petiemac24 I'm not going to any extremes. That's the history of your country my friend and those aren't isolated incidents. That was the catalyst for the union coming to be and how it gained it's power. You're right. The unions did have goons. They weren't gonna just sit there and take beat downs from the thugs hired by American corporations. They fought back.
@petiemac24 I'm still waiting for you to tell me how any of that is relevant. You're trying to switch the topic from this situation to economic theory. It isn't like you're going to tell the truth if we start discussing it. I've already caught you telling multiple lies so that much is certain.
@Thrillcekr .....Understanding economics explains the deficits and the reasons why our system has produced so many problems. You assume because I lived in China that there are bases there. You should of read some books on economics while you were in the military!
@petiemac24 The unions didn't mismanage the public's money. These people aren't being paid extravagant amounts of money. In fact, most of them are underpaid compared to those in their field in other states. The problem here is that money wasn't set aside to make sure the state's obligations were covered so this situation would still be here regardless of whether these people are union or not. Inform yourself before you go around making such ignorant and baseless comments.
@Thrillcekr ...Unions were promised, by their paid for buddies in Washington, pensions and benefits they could not deliver on. WHY? Union lobbyists donated to get their way just like Wall Street and corporations. Want to tell me what economic theory you agree with or study? Be careful when you assume people are not educated!
@petiemac24 Washington has absolutely nothing to do with state pensions, genius. Union lobbyists can't donate money from state pensions when they never see that money. The union has absolutely zero to do with the handling of that money. The state handles those people's pensions. You're making yourself look like more of an ignorant fool with every comment.
@petiemac24 Walker's recorded phone call with a reporter who pretended he was billionaire Koch, PROVES this has NOTHING to do with budget problems. Its all about busting unions, destroying the democratic party and ensuring the GOP can reward their rich corporate interests for generations....American worker....they could care less. Shep Smith on Fox just admitted it as well, Walker is a douche bag and has been exposed. The immoral prick is done.
@SuperShockjock ....GOOD...Bust all public unions, they are corrupt and should not even exist! The GOP and Democrats are the same stealing beast with different names. Read a book on economics before you come one here and make yourself look uneducated. Your unions are done and that goes for anyone else that wants to steal taxpayer dollars!
@petiemac24 It's not stealing. They actually work for it. There's a big difference. Plus, they've agreed to cut their wages and whatnot. But Walker doesn't only want that.
@MrMono ....When you get things like tenure, ridiculous benefits, and bloated pensions and take it from taxpayers wallets...That is stealing in the most malicious form!
@SuperShockjock That's right. America hates workers and the poor. The timid American public bow down to their corporate masters. If you think it's bad now, just wait. Three quarters of the jobs created in the recovery are low paid, shit jobs. That's the future for America: the majority will work in indentured servitude to the wealthy. Illegal Mexican immigration will be enabled with weak laws to depress labor costs. Average American = Loser!
@petiemac24 NEWS FLASH: THEY'RE GIVING TAX CUTS TO THE TOP RICH. RECORD PROFITS BY CORPORATIONS DURING A RECESSION. GEE, I WONDER WHY. HELLO. Act natural, not stupid, petie :p
@MrMono ....I thought we were talking about corrupt unions? Corporations that received bailout money are doing well but there should never of been a bailout. Read a book, stop being ignorant and then you can talk with adults!
@petiemac24 No, we are talking about corrupt corporations, such as the Koch, trying to take union rights via a puppet that is Walker. Wake up, stop living in your fantasy "adult" land.
@MrMono ....I never said some corporations were not corrupt but unions are in the same boat. Want to tell us all what economic theory you study and agree with?
Union are corrupts, are under control of mafias, Are obsolet sistems, chellenge anything because they want the absolute power on the table, more money, more benefits (include the union bosses) they push the companys overseas because of the hungry money, the economy is down for everybody but they still want more benefits, they DON'T CARE anybody exept themselfs !
Вопрос напечатать ли ещё зелёных бумажек для протестующих, усугубляя ситуацию в мире - или протестующим принять как должное, что их благополучие было несколько искусственным?
@uspatriot3000 either the rich make billions and everyone else works for $10 an hour at Walmart OR you have communism.....there is no middle ground...really???
@SuperShockjock Either you accept the fact that prosperity cannot be reached by looting your neighbors or the human race will be forever at each others throats.
What's the matter. Are you covetous of your neighbors wealth? Does it make you feel like less than a man when you realize there are people who have profitable abilities that you lack?
This world will never find peace until people like you are cured of your greed, envy, and sloth.
@FreedomsReigning I am a self employed business owner who made 6 figures a year the past 15 years, working 60 hours a week. It is wall street and the banker's who are looting the system , not the nurses and teachers....wake up and turn off Fox News. Stop listening to millionaires telling you firefighter's are too spoiled.
Social media like Face Book and Twitter have been used to revolutionize societies. Maybe they should be tried in the U.S. Rewrite and reintroduce the “Employee Freedom of Choice” Act so it uses the Internet to allow workers to request and conduct a vote on union representation in truly secret elections where bosses can’t identify and fire union organizers. Make corporations bargain with unions 30 days after workers vote in a union. A REAL secret ballot to make the Chamber of Commerce happy!
@Volchishko Russians don't know what rights are. Sometimes I think you've been born missing a piece of your brains. No good will ever come from forcing another man to serve your altruism at the end of a gun. When you try, all ideas of altruism go out the window. All you become is a cannibal feeding on your neighbors.
Sure, we have plenty of looters and moochers of our own, but we have WAY too many people that watched as you burned and fed on each other like parasites.
Solidarity from Russia! All the pro-state media here are telling us that any fight for the peoples' rights is a part of American "orange" conspiracy (even in the case if socialist protests)... now they can go fuck yourselves since the protests started in the US too!
The corporations have made you believe that it is a global economy well guess what a worker in Mexico making $5.00 a day isn't buying the products he/she makes. A worker in China making $ 2.50 a day isn't buying the products he/she makes. They left us for a slave market. Don't you get it. They have divided the working people into conservatives and liberals. That is what they want, if continue you to make us believe that the problem is us they will win. The American worker is the market.
I am a retired Wisconsin teacher, semi-truck driver, oil rig worker, building contractor. This is not about budget repair-the move by Walker and the conservatives is to take our government away from us. WE!! are the government! Remember the Constitution or did you forget that lesson? A government of the people,by the people and for the people. Our forefathers and many of us have fought for our rights, they were not automatically relinquished to us.
Personally I Think We Need To Start This Protesting In Every State Ones It Starts In My State Of NY I Will Join In & I Hope We Can Over Throw This Government But We Will Just A Matter Of Time & Cant Wait The Great Depression Is Coming Soon I Can Feel It Gut Feeling Then All Hell Will Break Lose We Need To Over Throw Our Government YOUR VOTE DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE PEOPLE JUST REMEMBER THAT! They Need To Let Our States And Towns Start Running Them Selfs Before Everything Hits The Fan Good Luck
Wow every time I get on here I find myself reading comments non stop I can't believe how many comments are on this video already in three days. I don't remove anything so keep the unfiltered debate rolling.
Yep, Unions STILL want all the benefits and perks without even SHARING the cost.
THAT is one of the reasons so many jobs went overseas for private companies; and the "public" employees STILL can't see the "cause-effect" relationship.
Tough titty said the kitty when the milk ran dry.
Wisconsin is DRY, but the "kitty" insists that they should STILL get the milk.
@hayden50 Yeah the rich got a tax break and union worker's should start paying for health care.........makes perfect sense - only IN A FOX NEWS RIGHTARD WORLD.
@SuperShockjock the benefits these public servants are getting is funded by the tax payer.we can't afford their pensions anymore. When you can't afford something you have to cut, finger pointing is not the solution.there is nothing wrong about putting the public employees on par with the rest of us..
it's fair enough to give the wealth-makers tax break,after-all they're the most productive members in our society.
The unions have cost us dearly in the past decades. time to crush them.
@hayden50 Its FAIR to give the rich (maybe 2% of the total population) tax breaks, because they earn those profits on the back on the average worker and OK to tax union workers more.....those cops and firefighter's do not deserve our respect BUT Jay Leno needs another car for his collection.....is that what Jesus would do.....
Tax the rich more, budget fixed. 10 years of Bush tax cuts have done NOTHING to create new jobs.
Wealth is not criminal. These questions are usually from losers with no ability to make it on their own. The top 2% you mention already pay the big majority of taxes
Let's say you worked your butt off, paid you own way through college, started a business and became very successful.
Would you want to be taxed nearly $500 K for taxes each year to help people that chose to drop out of high school and make 5+ babies they can't afford to care for?
@hayden50 you're completely overlooking an essential fallacy in your logic. If a form of socialism was developed in the United States then we could provide the poor with better education, better housing, and essentially revive the middle class which died off after the 50's. The exploitative capitalism which plagues this country is creating a growing discrepancy between the rich and the poor, and the only way to prevent this from happening is steady reform that will prevent the wealthy
@hayden50 from taking more than they need while many Americans remain uneducated and simply wait for their next welfare check. This form of welfare capitalism has to be eliminated if we want to see the success of this nation and genuine equality emerge in the United States.
@lumberjoseph It is NOT the function of government to redistribute wealth. It is the function of government to ensure freedom. Equality before the law is not the same as having an "equal" amount of stuff. We are not equal in brains, looks, motivation, or talent. Nor do we all want the same things. Viva la difference!
And thank God for that difference! If you believe in redistribution of wealth you are a Marxist and there nothing on your resume that can fix that
@hayden50 Viva la difference? I am not arguing in favor of a society in which everyone has the same traits, houses, looks, etc. I am arguing in favor of a society in which there will no longer be urban poor starving on the streets while Hollywood stars and Wall Street fat cats buy their tenth car. This is not a diference that we should view as positive, this a disease that needs to be remedied. Why would you opppose a society in which you do not have to fear market crashes
@lumberjoseph i agree with you to a certain extent.most liberals like yourself are compassionate people.
I do believe in helping out folks in tough economic times,i don't mind giving away 40% of my income to help the poor, build schools, improve infrastructure.. But I fundamentally disagree with redistribution of wealth & cradle to grave entitlements. talking about compassion,do you know that we Christians give more to charity than all you liberals ?
@hayden50 , in which you and your neighbor can both live in comfort and know that your children will not have to compete for their own food, in which you will know longer
in days like these we need Chuck Norris to teach these corrupt politicians a lesson

When were you in the military and did you fight in any wars?
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 I spent 4 years active duty in the Navy and then 4 more as a weekend warrior in the Army. I went to boot camp in Great Lakes, Illinois for the Navy and Fort Benning, GA for the Army. I was stationed on ships in Long Beach, Ca and San Diego, Ca. I was in Operation Desert Storm and Somalia. I travelled all over Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. While I was in the Army my only foreign destination was Panama for 2 weeks.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ....Somalia....another example of how sticking our nose in civil wars cause problems. You would think we would of learned our lesson after Vietnam. Talk about lies, 60,000 men died in vain and unknown civilians raped, killed and tortured.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Okay, so you're tap dancing around again without saying anything with substance that pertains to the argument. You're entitled to your opinion on Somalia but I went because I was ordered to so you can pin the blame on that someplace else. I had no more to do with our presence there than the union did with the state mismanaging these people's retirement funds.

You lose.

Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...."Diversionary tactics"...your spent way too much time in the military. It has everything to do with public workers, without such a entity the government would have to be honest with taxpayer dollars. All those wars, bases and years you spent in the military would also not be possible without printing fiat dollars.

petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 I"m smart enough to see what you are doing and not allowing it. You keep trying to derail from the subject and I keep pushing you back to it. There's a reason for that. Lawyers do it all the time to divert juries when they have a guilty client. You're doing it because you're guilty of stupidity and ignorance.

Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr You think there will nobody to take a $53,000 job in Wisconsin? Are you "Public Educated" ?
DeusVenator 1 year ago
@DeusVenator Judging by the fact that you don't even know how to use the English language correctly I think it's safe to say that you're not "educated" at all. Secondly, you're clearly not educated on the facts either. The onliy way you're making 53k as a teacher in Wisconsin is if you have 30+ years in and I'm not sure that's the case even then. It certainly won't be for ANYONE after the planned 6,000.00 per year cut in pay and bennies. Let me "educate" you on the facts my friend.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@DeusVenator First of all, the starting wage for a teacher in the state of Wisconsin right now is 25,222.00 and that's where you'd be starting at if you were to start today. Not at the 53k figure you drummed up in your imagination. For the record, that ranks teachers in Wisconsin 49th out of 50 states. They're asking them to take wage and benefit cuts that amount to 500 a month. So, that takes you down to a true wage of roughly 19,222.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr There is just no money to pay them more. Understanding why is the kicker. This is the result of a money supply subjected to Usury. There were no mistakes made that could have prevented this catastrophe. Our options are this point are inflation, deflation or jubilee.
Protesting in Wisconsin is pointless. Protesting in Washington is pointless. What we need need is a global revolution against the entire international banking syndicate.
END USURY.
redcorona14 1 year ago
@redcorona14 Teachers don't work for free so they better find some someplace or get rid of public education altogether. Those are their options. This all came about in large part because they didn't make sure money was set aside to cover the bills. That isn't the fault of these workers.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@DeusVenator Meanwhile, the state of Wisconsin is ranked right smack dab in the middle of the 50 states. If you think people who spent 4 or 5 years of their life studying at a university are gonna line up for that you've lost your freaking mind. That's not even enough to survive on where I live and my state is ranked 8th cheapest cost of living in the country. Those teachers aren't doing interviews on television talking about how they will have to find another career for fun. They mean it.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@DeusVenator Anyway, I'll tell you what. You take your ass right up there and apply for one of those jobs since you're so damn smart. I got an old washer box in the garage that I'll drop off for you since you'll need something to keep the snow off your head.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
Wisconsin teachers are already ranked 49th in the country as far as starting wage. Forcing someone that took 50K + out in loans just to become a teacher who only makes a little over 20k after the planned reduction in wages and benefits is ridiculous. The odd part of it all is that many of these people will then qualify for all sorts of public aid programs so some of the money the state is supposedly saving really won't be.

THAT my friend is immoral. You do know that the unions already agreed to his pension and health care concession BUT that was not good enough for the immoral prick. Your moral compass is skewed buddy.
SuperShockjock 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock yeah, blame everything on Bush.. last time i checked your Dear Leader "Obama",extended the Bush tax cuts.
As the governor correctly points out ,there is a huge cost of collective bargaining. The Democratic lawmakers are hiding out in some other state, believing a minority could hold the people hostage . the governor is a doing the right thing .similar action should follow in every state.
hayden50 1 year ago
@hayden50 I was hoping you could do basic math. Bush had a surplus when he came into office, he cut REVENUE by giving the rich a tax cut....10 yrs off decreased revenue = huge deficit (never mind 2 wars put on the credit card) Now the tea bagger wants to go after the middle class to balance his budget....is that what Jesus would do....rightards protect the rich at the expense of everyone else. It is brain numbing.

petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 corporations now thanks to the rightard supreme court now have a huge advantage of citizens and unions, it is not a fair comparison. At least unions represent WORKER'S, you know your neighbours, corporations only care about profits and shareholder value period. The less they have to pay their employees the better the bottom line. Now who does that benefit???
SuperShockjock 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock .....Are you really going to make this partisan? Both parties have plenty of blame sitting at their feet. Unions represent their own self interests are a money making business like any other. The problem lies in their cooperation with the government. If they don't pay their employees enough, they can find another job. That is the beauty of the free market, there is competition even for good workers and wages. You should read some books on economics before you comment.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Newsflash. Unions paved the way for you to live the type of lifestyle you live right now whether you're in one or not. Do your homework on the history of labor in this country. Better yet, you can see a current example of the way it used to be by studying how American companies are treating their employees in places like China where they are allowed to do as they wish.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr .....I have done my research and I have said before that unions serve a purpose until they become partners with government. Wall Street, Unions, The FED and corporations all should be kept separate form the government. Study how in modern times China is practicing more capitalism these days and their rise to power is evidence of that. We used to take pride in what we produced, save money, have a trade surplus and be a creditor nation. China is what we used to be!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Apparently you haven't. If you had done your research you would know what these people make. They aren't breaking the state's bank. They're not even getting paid what they should be in many cases so there's no justification for saying the union is to blame for this. You think China is practicing modern capitalism? You're wrong my friend. Those people live in dorms at work and are often forced to work 12 hour plus days 7 days a week in factories that are very unsafe.

@Thrillcekr ....I never said I was stationed in China or that we have bases there. Your confusing your flawed opinions with real facts. Your don't have to prove anything just admit that your uneducated in economics and can't debate someone who knows why public unions are a problem.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Yes you did. You said you were based in China for 13 years in the military. So, i guess you have already told so many lies already that you can't remember what you have said. You haven't provided anything to debate on. Not a single fact. Nothing but lies. I'm college educated and I'm owning you here my friend. Actually, YOU are owning you. All I have to do is keep you talking and standby while you make one crazy and unbelievable comment right after another. What a damn fool!
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ....I never said that and again you should be a politician because you are great at avoiding answers! Here, I will make it easier for you mister college graduate. Do you know who controls our money supply?
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Yeah you did you lying piece of shit. You said you were based in China for 13 years. Here's your exact quote "I lived in China for 13 years while in the service and your claims about people being "forced" to work in those conditions are false." You probably deleted your post once you realized you had been caught. You should be ashamed of yourself. Apparently you forgot that everytime you post a response it goes to my mailbox. I have a copy. ;)

@Thrillcekr ...You know who lies? Our military, our government and people like you who claim teachers don't make $89,000 a year!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Okay, so prove it. Where do you live so I can look up this information about these teachers that make 89,000 a year.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...New Jersey.....There is no reason to be ashamed of not being able to answer these questions.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Yes there is. You're misplacing blame on people that have done nothing to you. Honest, hard working people. Yet, you have absolutely zero proof to back those accusations because that proof doesn't exist. If you actually had any decency about you, you would be ashamed but you don't and you aren't. As for teachers in New Jersey (gotta love the internet) payscale dot com says teachers there make 42,830-59,461. That's nothing for a state with a cost of living as high as NJ.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...That was an average salary and not including pensions and benefits, paid for by the taxpayers. You should be ashamed of yourself for avoiding questions an lying about the facts.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 No. That was minimum to maximum. You said that teacher got paid 89k. Now that I have looked it up and provided a sight where others viewing your comments can look it up you are trying to change your story. Busted again.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Secondly, I was in the military. You weren't stationed in China because there are no bases in China. On top of that, even if there was, you can only spend a certain amount of years stationed overseas before you have to rotate back to the states. After a couple years back in CONUS you can then rotate back out again. Check that against the posted age in your profile and none of the math even comes close to adding up.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@petiemac24 You're right about them being what we USED to be though. Like I said, study the history of American labor. All of the things I mentioned above used to happen right here in this country and most likely will again one day with people like yourself being so out of touch. You ever hear about all those people burning alive in Chicago because the employer locked workers inside so they couldn't come out and take breaks? What about the hiring of Pinkerton goons to beat up employees?
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr .....Your Chicago story proves that you are going to extremes to make a point. What you fail to see is why we are broke as a country. Please don't even bring up goons beating people,, unions have a terrible history of such things.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 I'm not going to any extremes. That's the history of your country my friend and those aren't isolated incidents. That was the catalyst for the union coming to be and how it gained it's power. You're right. The unions did have goons. They weren't gonna just sit there and take beat downs from the thugs hired by American corporations. They fought back.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...Still waiting for an answer. What economic theory do you study? Or you can tell me what theory they teach in most of our colleges.
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 I'm still waiting for you to tell me how any of that is relevant. You're trying to switch the topic from this situation to economic theory. It isn't like you're going to tell the truth if we start discussing it. I've already caught you telling multiple lies so that much is certain.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr .....Understanding economics explains the deficits and the reasons why our system has produced so many problems. You assume because I lived in China that there are bases there. You should of read some books on economics while you were in the military!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 The unions didn't mismanage the public's money. These people aren't being paid extravagant amounts of money. In fact, most of them are underpaid compared to those in their field in other states. The problem here is that money wasn't set aside to make sure the state's obligations were covered so this situation would still be here regardless of whether these people are union or not. Inform yourself before you go around making such ignorant and baseless comments.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...Unions were promised, by their paid for buddies in Washington, pensions and benefits they could not deliver on. WHY? Union lobbyists donated to get their way just like Wall Street and corporations. Want to tell me what economic theory you agree with or study? Be careful when you assume people are not educated!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Washington has absolutely nothing to do with state pensions, genius. Union lobbyists can't donate money from state pensions when they never see that money. The union has absolutely zero to do with the handling of that money. The state handles those people's pensions. You're making yourself look like more of an ignorant fool with every comment.
Thrillcekr 1 year ago
@Thrillcekr ...Washington hands out grants and subsidies constantly to the schools in all states. Again you avoid the question!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 Walker's recorded phone call with a reporter who pretended he was billionaire Koch, PROVES this has NOTHING to do with budget problems. Its all about busting unions, destroying the democratic party and ensuring the GOP can reward their rich corporate interests for generations....American worker....they could care less. Shep Smith on Fox just admitted it as well, Walker is a douche bag and has been exposed. The immoral prick is done.
SuperShockjock 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock ....GOOD...Bust all public unions, they are corrupt and should not even exist! The GOP and Democrats are the same stealing beast with different names. Read a book on economics before you come one here and make yourself look uneducated. Your unions are done and that goes for anyone else that wants to steal taxpayer dollars!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@petiemac24 It's not stealing. They actually work for it. There's a big difference. Plus, they've agreed to cut their wages and whatnot. But Walker doesn't only want that.
MrMono 1 year ago
@MrMono ....When you get things like tenure, ridiculous benefits, and bloated pensions and take it from taxpayers wallets...That is stealing in the most malicious form!
petiemac24 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock That's right. America hates workers and the poor. The timid American public bow down to their corporate masters. If you think it's bad now, just wait. Three quarters of the jobs created in the recovery are low paid, shit jobs. That's the future for America: the majority will work in indentured servitude to the wealthy. Illegal Mexican immigration will be enabled with weak laws to depress labor costs. Average American = Loser!

@MrMono ....I thought we were talking about corrupt unions? Corporations that received bailout money are doing well but there should never of been a bailout. Read a book, stop being ignorant and then you can talk with adults!

This world will never find peace until people like you are cured of your greed, envy, and sloth.

Yep, Unions STILL want all the benefits and perks without even SHARING the cost.
THAT is one of the reasons so many jobs went overseas for private companies; and the "public" employees STILL can't see the "cause-effect" relationship.
Tough titty said the kitty when the milk ran dry.
Wisconsin is DRY, but the "kitty" insists that they should STILL get the milk.
hayden50 1 year ago
@hayden50 Yeah the rich got a tax break and union worker's should start paying for health care.........makes perfect sense - only IN A FOX NEWS RIGHTARD WORLD.
SuperShockjock 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock the benefits these public servants are getting is funded by the tax payer.we can't afford their pensions anymore. When you can't afford something you have to cut, finger pointing is not the solution.there is nothing wrong about putting the public employees on par with the rest of us..
it's fair enough to give the wealth-makers tax break,after-all they're the most productive members in our society.
The unions have cost us dearly in the past decades. time to crush them.
hayden50 1 year ago
@hayden50 Its FAIR to give the rich (maybe 2% of the total population) tax breaks, because they earn those profits on the back on the average worker and OK to tax union workers more.....those cops and firefighter's do not deserve our respect BUT Jay Leno needs another car for his collection.....is that what Jesus would do.....
Tax the rich more, budget fixed. 10 years of Bush tax cuts have done NOTHING to create new jobs.
SuperShockjock 1 year ago
@SuperShockjock
Wealth is not criminal. These questions are usually from losers with no ability to make it on their own. The top 2% you mention already pay the big majority of taxes
Let's say you worked your butt off, paid you own way through college, started a business and became very successful.
Would you want to be taxed nearly $500 K for taxes each year to help people that chose to drop out of high school and make 5+ babies they can't afford to care for?
hayden50 1 year ago
@hayden50 you're completely overlooking an essential fallacy in your logic. If a form of socialism was developed in the United States then we could provide the poor with better education, better housing, and essentially revive the middle class which died off after the 50's. The exploitative capitalism which plagues this country is creating a growing discrepancy between the rich and the poor, and the only way to prevent this from happening is steady reform that will prevent the wealthy
lumberjoseph 1 year ago
@hayden50 from taking more than they need while many Americans remain uneducated and simply wait for their next welfare check. This form of welfare capitalism has to be eliminated if we want to see the success of this nation and genuine equality emerge in the United States.
lumberjoseph 1 year ago
@lumberjoseph It is NOT the function of government to redistribute wealth. It is the function of government to ensure freedom. Equality before the law is not the same as having an "equal" amount of stuff. We are not equal in brains, looks, motivation, or talent. Nor do we all want the same things. Viva la difference!
And thank God for that difference! If you believe in redistribution of wealth you are a Marxist and there nothing on your resume that can fix that
hayden50 1 year ago
@hayden50 Viva la difference? I am not arguing in favor of a society in which everyone has the same traits, houses, looks, etc. I am arguing in favor of a society in which there will no longer be urban poor starving on the streets while Hollywood stars and Wall Street fat cats buy their tenth car. This is not a diference that we should view as positive, this a disease that needs to be remedied. Why would you opppose a society in which you do not have to fear market crashes
lumberjoseph 1 year ago
@lumberjoseph i agree with you to a certain extent.most liberals like yourself are compassionate people.
I do believe in helping out folks in tough economic times,i don't mind giving away 40% of my income to help the poor, build schools, improve infrastructure.. But I fundamentally disagree with redistribution of wealth & cradle to grave entitlements. talking about compassion,do you know that we Christians give more to charity than all you liberals ?
