@MTD45 I understand the sadness and to know that Trevor's mother was forced to stay away from her medically fragile boy while he lay dying, sickens me.

I had to stop, cry, scream, and keep on working with the pics and the music Trevor's mommy wanted.

We are the adults and we have to keep our eyes open.

This happens because caseworkers have too much power. This happens because Trevor Nolan, age 5, had a Glycogen Storage Disease and his mother was wrongly accused of Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy. Dale was not making her boy sick, and Mono County CA placed a sick child with unlicensed "foster" parents. This happened because the workers wrongfully took this boy from his mother, ignored his medical needs, and caused his death.

We are human and we do not just watch this, we put this together several years ago, long before YouTube. :)

As hard as viewing this might be for an adult, we must think about the child who endured such a horrific and unnecessary murder by neglect of Mono County, CA's CPS.

Trevor was a very important person, with his whole life ahead of him. He was not terminal and many adults have Glycogen Storage Disease.

In 12 days Mono County, CA, CPS had killed him.

Trevor had a Glycogen Storage illness. His mother, Dale, was a paramedic and knew how to care for her son.

One Ignorant Social Worker stated, "She MIGHT have Munchausen by Proxy" (where parents make their children sick), removed Trevor and Wade from Dale, placed them in a non-licensed foster home; they caused his death in Mono County, California.

Dale begged them to take him to the doctor because she KNEW he was sick from having the feeding tube removed and fed regular food.

So Senseless!

What the CPS does is just downright disgusting. Daily baby farming practices that rip families apart is f*cked. But the people who make their pockets fat will say that they are helping save lives everyday.. yeah..ok.. if your mean saving the lives of the upper class lonely people thinking they will die if they can't have a child.. willing to pay whatever price just to have one, never mind where that child came from.

May Trevor Nolan and all the other children murdered by CPS rest in peace..

One ignorant statement made by a social worker, took Trevor's life. Munchausen By Proxy, MBP, MSBP, is real and some parents harm their children, but this is a diagnosis that cannot be made by a caseworker.

We have another family charged with the same, MBP, and there is zero evidence. Since in NY ACS foster care, Amber James has been molested, and hospitalized twice by ACS. Her parents had never had her in the hospital!

On 07152010, LEO Richard Kovalchuk, Badge 1536, assaulted and injured my right arm at the Harris County Juvenile Court building. Kovalchuk first words? STOP RECORDING. The next split-second reflects Kovalchuk slamming my arm/ camera against the table, in front of three year-old.

I do not mind taking a blow 4 toddler, but I am not okay with being jacked-up like this. Video does not lie.

Bullies with Badges should not be around children.
