Hi It's in the key of F so the three chords are F, B flat and C7. I don't what what scale but the left hand simply follows the first, third, fifth, sixth and flattened 7th notes of the relevant chord. The right hand plays the melody with a lot of flattened thirds thrown in and also what I think are called inverted fifths which is basically playing the note one fifth above the melody but playing it an octave lower if that makes sense!
