  • Since the mirror isn't porous, how is it that (like painting with acrylics and then trying to fuse wax onto the surface--it will not last, it will separate), won't it do that on the mirror surface also?

  • You're right. I'm pretty sure the wax will chip off over time....Unless the mirror surface wax sanded before he added the wax, but he does not mention that.
