i dont know what the writer was thinking but to me it feels that its about starting over again somewhere else or just in general. "there is a lifetime through the fog and the rain" fog and rain used as a metaphore for a relationship or whatever and once the pain ends ur life will keep moving. positive song! i love it, hits a nerve in my life anywyas.
