It is a story of angst, trials, tribulations, ups and downs, as well as an element of magic. But overall I think it is pretty gd to watch, for 12 episodes.

Really? I happened to love the game, as well as the animated series. It's true that death by lightrail is no fun, it goes to prove a point, although a bit exaggerated, how we as human beings react to things and either accept the fact and move on, or drown by the sea of our own despair.
