my favorite stargate series is atlantis,i just dont like stargate unverse becuse a simple reson(bad english),a stargate show is usualy about a team of humans that goes trough an device created by aliens several milions of years ago,to meet other races,both sg-1 and sga,folow that format but sgu hardly does anything to do with the stargate concept,sgu resmbels more batlestar galatica than stargate,and thats why i and other fansdont realy like that series-IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE STARGATE BUT ITS NOT.

ji sorta miss stargate universe, youl find iout if yo uwatch both seasons on netflix it actualy was just starting to get awesome, including a race that could be the asgard pre cloning perhaps, along with a race of aliens being wiped out by war remnants from a older conflict etc oh fyi they had really good actors that used the scripts given to act to thier fullest, if were lucky they will get them back for the next stargate project or perhaps better to work in one of the stargate shows they renew

SGU was horrible and an embarrassment to the Stargate franchise. It reminded me of a drama in space and I was astonished it lasted as long as it did. If you want to watch a good show, watch Stargate Atlantis or SG-1. If your not feeling the Stargate love, check out Babylon 5. Oh and I hope they do make the Stargate Atlantis movie. From what I hear it's called Stargate Extinction.

Additionally, it would at least have been the second one that was destroyed. They already had one in their home galaxy, waiting to connect to the Milky Way. They could have made more previously as well.

@Aether176 The Alterans originally built the gates. The Alterans where the ancients/Lanteans and the Ori.

The Lanteans built the gates in the Milky Way and Pegasus and made ships to build them elsewhere. The Ori made the supergates. As for the first gates, that could have been either, if they existed as separate groups back then.

The current gate clipping should fix that bug. Looking forwards to it, you can take as long as you want, as those buggs need to be ironed out; you don't want to be bugged till you don't enjoy modding anymore.

I downloaded Ronon's jumper(uses the same model) and I didn't encounter that bug when going throught he stargate. Infact I was able to use it to go through my midway.
