@makingthebest09 i have a slight problem with my collar bone after i use my perfectpushups. if i make circles with my arms it makes a slight popping noise but it doesnt hurt. is it natural?
@gohankid15 with the push-up you need to work on the form...make sure your wrist are right under your shoulders...if the problem still persist... work on a higher surface and slightly adjust the width of your hands...ok?~ahmad

@96GmusicG96 I would suggest lowering your body weight (email it to me if you don't feel comfortable posting here)... we have to rebalance your skeleton...and that comes through balancing any weak muscles... you can do this first off by just squeezing muscles /contracting for a set number of seconds...daily...along with adjusting your eating... lets keep talking...I want you to grow old gracefully...ok?~ahmad
@makingthebest09 Thanks man that really means alot to me my BMI is 21,43.., Could you please give me any exercises to do - to rebalance my weak muscles as said - cause i don't know any :/ - actually i eat quiet healthy - 5 good meals everyday. along with some unhealthy from time to time.

@1Tarz I would suggest trying to make it a habit of doing something challenging for your abs every other day until you notice the soreness not be so intense...then try to do something daily if the muscle is not too sore. You want to work on decreasing the starcgy carbs and increasing the fibrous carbs in your diet(i talk about this in the ebooks). So find your balance of ab work and eating.... use a variety of my new and old clips to help...~ahmad
