That way the .bat file will open a command prompt executing the command.com and then after executed, it will have an open command prompt.

at my school they blocked command prompt, so i had to get the Administrator password with an OHR hacker(took about 10 minutes to crack it) and then i could open the prompt by pressing ''run as admin'' and typing the password

yea so does mine but, im smart ok go to your local c drive open it and scroll down to a folder called "system 32" open it up and scroll down to the "c" (its alphabetized) and look for "cmd" or "command" hope i helped!!!
