Wow, I never noticed how glaring the screeching is. It really does sound bad, Hopefully they'll fix this in newer models. Also, Super Mario Land 2 is one of my favorites! :) Where'd you get the gold cart?
@stoneagegamer Bought a defective one, found out the final product got mixed in with the prototypes and Outlet sent me a new, working one. But i had to send it back again for another repair because the cart lock was sticking out and keeping games from playing.
that badd boy is on my wish list...i needs a supaboy in my life...& yea i watched another review on a supaboy an there system was making the same sound im thinking all the systems do it hopefully also i never new the superboy worked on it thats great

The sound really is barely a problem, I almost never notice it, even with headphones.

That thing is tight, I looked on the websight and saw the FC-16 Go (Portable SNES) and i wonder if that one would have that same sound issue.

@SecondHandHunter No they don't, but they do have screen issues. Dead pixels are big issue with FC-16 Go.
