They should have made him take the forms of the various parts of valmar at various points of HP and have him spawn 5-8 side monsters on the side every time he takes damage. Give him 3x the hp and 2x the damage. Have the ability to debuff everyone by 2 with every move and have an ability that inflicts all possible status ailments. Not to mention an ability that pushes everyone back to the edge of the map and a silence with a 80% hit chance.

i remember this fight even though i played it ages ago. Its probably the easiest final boss fight in the game. All i did was use the eye attack from mellenia (sp?) and kick the shit out of him with the other characters but this felt like a breeze compared to the other boss fights before this.

In all honesty, the Dreamcast version is superior to both PC and PS2. There are some graphical glitches that occurred when the game was exported to PC and PS2 that are not present in the original DC version.  If you had to choose between PC & PS2, I would probably choose PS2 but at that point it's really a tossup as to which format you prefer.

A very useful way to defeat him is to use Millenia's Valmar's Eye (Forgot its actual name.) But i stopped it at one point before she used Fallen Wings and i noticed that the eye move wasnt there. I had it when i fought him....
