I just watched your other videos, and you're voice was 10x better, as the sound quality of this one worse? Or was your voice just not suited for this melody, because honestly you're voice didn't sound very good in this song, but it sounded great in your other songs.

More Treble on the guitar, and you should try finding a singer. You're voice isn't' bad, but it's not great either. This song could be amazing with an amazing singer.
