  • You fundamentalist Christians are all the same. Your myopic view of life and consciousness are shackes to the spirit, they are deisel fumes that pollute the breath of God. God bless this yogi, he is truly on the path to freedom.

    1 Timothy 4

    Matthew 7:13

Fundamentalism is correct. I take it as a compliment that you call it that. :) We have the fundamentals. Without fundamentals, everything falls apart, so God Bless you that you realize that.

The "narrow" brand of Christianity, as a former poster put it, is correct. We are part of the narrow gate, as stated in Matthew 7:13. Might want to pick up your Bibles!

  • @jmann114 That's your reality. Problem is, the fundamentals that hold society together are all built out of lies... and you interpret the Bible literally, the other problem. Religion will crumble as it should.

  • @greyswans

Religion may crumble but God won't :)

    God bless!

  • @jmann114 Amen to that. Blessings.

  • @greyswans

    Why the change of heart?

And yes, the Bible is meant to be taken literally. Put it in Allegoric form and you reach dead ends.

  • @jmann114 no change of heart, my God is not directly associated with any religion... and you don't reach dead ends, you reach unanswered questions, and that's exactly what I want. Be content in the mystery and the struggle. If you think you have all the answers in a book, you're deluding yourself. Quit trying to save me from the hell you think I'm going to. That's not a paradigm I will ever listen to.

  • @greyswans

There are good people in bad religions and bad people in good religions. The truth is, your God IS directly associated with many religions. Those would be the Abrahamic religions. The One our Christ was sent from. We do not reach unanswered questions. He gives us His word so that we could be blessed and have the answers. I never said you were going to Hell, and now you are falsely accusing, but God Bless.

  • @jmann114 my God is associated with Consciousness and the entire multi-dimensional universe, and Jesus is part of that. I really don't care about the Abrahamic roots of who humans think the creator is. We're not the only planet with intelligent beings, so the "truth" is much deeper and more complex than we could ever hope to realize.

  • @greyswans

I agree with you up until the part where you say you don't care about the Abrahamic roots.

Of course, we aren't the only planet with intelligent beings, and I agree. The truth is much more deeper and complex than we think, but God has given us the tools on this Earth to know the answers to what we need. God Bless.

  • Don't pay attention to yoga haters... they are from a narrow brand of christianism. Yoga is good, whatever you are religious or atheist. :)

  • Ah... a pagan Christian.

    Priceless!

  • Thank you for sharing your experience. I myself was baptized and raised Roman Catholic and am grateful for having come across yoga 14 years ago..it has helped me very much to understand the spiritual side of my religion and deeper experience with forgiveness and peace. Sat Nam fellow yogi.

  • Did Jesus say this thing about teaching all ways? can you tell me where?

Have you ever heard of a 'pick n' mix' faith? It's when you choose parts of different religions that you like and mash them together, not wanting to actually make the self ascrifice and commitment of living one to fruition. I think thats maybe where you're at mate..

Look up the Nicene Creed, its a profession of faith for all christians, If you find in your heart that you don't believe it, then you're not a Christian.

  • This guy is only doing an exercise. Don't be a hater. He can be a good christian and do his yoga exercises!

  • Thanks for sharing bro. Not my place to judge, but since you posted this online for everyone to see I think its fair enough to comment. Some of your thinking is seriously flawed...

His teaching her to teach all ways, for all ways are mine-thats the Christ that I know

Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.[Mt 7:13-14]

  • Very nice video. I've had many similiar experiences myself. It is only natural to have these spiritual experiences as we are all part of the greater divine life.

  • thank you, how lucky we are to get glimpses of that "greater divine life".

    Love and Victory
