Whoever says a side exit on anything is gay; is obviously gay. Side exits are sweet no matter what, plus it's pretty much the most direct exit for exhaust, besides open headers, so it's pretty efficient.

If imports were the first ones to have side exhausts and then muscle cars started doing it... would you make the same type of comments? did he do anything to harm the performance of the car?? the damn car starts and it sounds pretty good at the same time. works for me.
All these comments are funny. I simply just tried out a side exhaust because I was running a j/midpipe and wanted more function. This exhaust set-up gained me faster spool up. I got the idea from an SRT-4 on Sport Compact. This exhaust set-up has only 1 bend after the s-pipe on the MSP. On other aftermarket exhaust for this car, there are usually 5-6 bends. And I got rid of this car because I upgraded. The MSP has a lot of problems and I just didn't want to deal with it anymore.

It's not gay, it might be weird but when you think about it, it's only 1 bend so the exhaust flows right out instead of 2-3 more bends like most aftermarket MSP exhaust. And I no longer have this car, I upgrade.
Because you enjoy watching gay things, that's why you search for them on youtube. But it's a shame that you're wrong, because quite a lot of people (ones who know what the fuck they are doing) have this same setup as what smootnaman said it allows for a better exhaust flow to reduce backpressure....but you're not into that shit, just the gay stuff.
i helped my cousin put a 3 inch down pipe under his the one that was on it was a 2 inch and had 3 fucking cats on it so we just put a strait 3 inch down pipe on it and it makes some fucking noise now
i would love to have it cause no one really does, i need a exhaust system for mine, i found a nice Turbo-back system that i might get, its 1,200$ though. ill get it one day, first is the intercooler.

Yeah, I had a few vacuum leaks and my wastegate actuator was torn. After I fixed all that, it idled fine.
