I took off the belt to front wheels and pulled the front dog bones out . just because im getting a AE86 body for it witch is a rear wheel drive car. Stock motor seems to crank fine for me . I think you are missing a belt tensioner on the right side, the small belt that drives the front wheels , or maybe its an addon . Anyway good luck . great video
i traded mine away long ago and i got this for $20 :P but the engine was dying and came with no radio or wheels but after trading my shitty old laptop for a new radio set and $20 wheels later it was running great till i got my savage it came with a new T-15 engine free and just broken in after installing it she flies like a monster and now i miss it this one is 1987 model the first version of the rs4
hmm that stock pipe will rob you of some power, tuned pipe will probs give it some go, would like too see how fast it is compared to some of todays nitros nice effort
my car cuts off when i hit the brakes how can i fix this do i gotta adjust the break setting to where the car is still running or is the intake on air or gas?
yeah adjust the tunning on the high speed needle ur engine hasnt got enough lube(lol) get a little bit more fuel in there but not too much otherwise itl just flood and cut out all the time (google it)
I have a hpi rs something evo and i havent used it all winter now im going to use it in the spring, do i need to lube anything? before the winter i sprayed wd40 down cylinder
no but u might want 2 just look over it for any defects such as dirt dust and rust before u run the engine p.s cleen the air filter just in case theres some dirt in there
just clean tha outside with a tooth-brush and for the airfilter put it under the tap to clean it... but dry it thuroughly before puting it back...ooo and u can just search for tips on cleaning anyway so check those out

yea my engine died so i got a HPI T-15 for it man its like a dragster takes off in a mill of a second and i took off that gay fan and i also borded the Can Muffler so more power and speed and a homemade cold air intake see my other vid of it updated.
i checked mine is about 8 years old but has a new engine now the old one had almost no compression so i changed it to a hpi nitro star t-15 it goes so fast now about 40 mph
is that the 2-speed tranny on the side? i have the super nitro RS4 but I haven't been able to run it for a while b/c of a missing hex nut... that IS the super nitro RS4 right?
my engine is runing hot 2, i was racing (on the grass, i know its hard for car) but the engine begins to have majour powerloss at 2 minutes in the race, also at idle the engine begins to smoke(!) from the oil ontop of the cylinder head, i think it is couse i drive with only 5% nitro (airplane fuel), i'm thinking about a fan 2 , but coudnt find one that i can use
well #1 your engine is heating up because of your fuel type. you should try the standard 20% fuel so as to provide oroper lubrication for the engine. also if your exhaust is thick during idle, it means that you need to tune your engine.
Cool i had 2 one i drove in the port and i had to doge dog shit and drove straight in the water i could only look at it sink but my second one works fine they are cool to drive but they turn too well and then its a crash. but anyway cool that u got one

Those pipes are a great thing for the guys with rs4 touring cars that want the exhaust like the rs4 3 drift.
Cheap too, $15 AUS on ebay.

the engine is realy old and used up like more than 40 tanks on the engine and when its get hot is shuts off at idle and i fully tuned.
