@typhoon2099 The hugest secret in Bioshock is the mid air freeze. Next time you use the cyclone trap, freeze someone in the air. Also, tag dead bodies with plenty of proximity mines, throw them at a big daddy; with enough proximity mines tagged on the dead body, it'll kill a big daddy in one hit. Take it from someone who got the Brass Balls achievement the first time around... lol
