this people are terrible...all they know its just the moves and bam! 4rth degree black belt their not worth it. and thats what i hate about TKD they make their own sport seem faggish when its not if you have gone through the original korean way of TKD....i feel even worse for people who carry this kind of black belt. its the teachers who need to be shot.
well im a 3rd degree black belt, and dont get me wrong im not saying im the shit or anything, its just that i come from a place where you can fail a test if your finger is not tacked in properly, and the by the kind of master that would keep his school up and running even if his left with ONE good student...a kind of place that pays alot of atention in the ''DO'' part of the name of this sport and so much more. so wen i c this stuff i c more bizness then spirit you feel me??
@sakiG for the schools to stay alive, that's the way it has to be. taekwondo has turned into something that you get as much out of it as what you put in. if you don't train hard, you won't be good. masters don't really pay attention to students anymore. i fortunately have a master that pays attention to the benefit of a good amount of his students. he's not afraid to fail people, but he only fails the people he cares about. he kept me from testing for 7th geup this past test for my benefit.
@sakiG miami. i actually do wtf taekwondo though. but i don't believe there is much of a difference between them, only minor technicalities. a lot of the techniques are similar because it is, after all, still taekwondo.
The guy's pattern's are very fluent. I suck doing patterns in front of people - I get so nervous. I'm grading for my blue tag in a week's time. Not looking forward to it at all. Well done for getting your third degree
i have 2nd degree itf tkd. The ending after juche, what is it? Just demonstration of techniques in 4 diffrent directions? Required for grading? btw, Juche, has to be hardest pattern in itf... why it's a 2nd degree pattern and not higher level? anyways gratz to all on moving up to 4th degree
