  • @TheSwdishAtheist he obviously has something going for him, but like you i dont like his garnishes...he's got so many inedible parts its pointless...and i think chefs around the world that gets recognition are only those that has the style that appears as though they cook cleanly, mostly western cuisines, i dont know why some other "rustic" types of cuisines like chinese and others dont get recognized as often...but anyways...i agree with your comments here

  • @afire007, Chef Redzepi is trying to share his passion and his vision on food with his customers, giving them flavours they never dreamt would exist, paying extreme respect to Scandinavian nature by using only regional products, it's cooking outside of the box, clearly not for everybody's taste.

    Btw. his 12 course menu will set you back 350 euro's or $480.

  • @themrmaiorca :D i love his vision of things. I love chefs who really respect the food they work with. I have to say tho it's not the most apetizing plate I have seen but it's still a piece of art :D

  • @themrmaiorca It's not that expensive as that. For the 20-course menu it's £170, with a wine tasting menu on top of that it would come to around £270.
